Do not trust them ! I received extra packets/bags on my first order that I had not wanted and was being charged for they then wanted me to pay to return. I cancelled everything and a few weeks later got an email stating my order had been processed I contacted them stating I have not placed another order to be told we can’t find an order after lots of emails and my continuous stating that I did not want any more goods I was deducted money from my account and told it was too late to do anything as the order had left and was on its way to me. This company is disgusting has no customer care and will just want to keep taking your money enen though you don’t place orders and gave I writing that everything is cancelled AVOID them at all cost

They wait for 30 days to pass so they didn't have to refund me…
I ordered Lulutox tea and never received it. I started contacting them by email shortly after I was expecting the package, and they were emailing me about how great it was. Every email I received, I replied, "I did not get my package. I want a refund."
They never answered.
Finally now, months later they replied and said it was returned due to wrong address. However, my billing and shipping address are the same, so if they can bill, they can ship.
So then they said, yes, I am correct, but 30 days had past so they couldn't refund me anymore.
But I had been asking for a redund within the 30day deadline, they are the ones who never answered.
Frankly they made a mistake, and didn't want to pay for it so just took my money and got their product back to sell twice.
If all it takes is for them to wait for 30days to pass, no one will ever get a refund. There's a word for that, and it's not honest.

I have used the product before
I have used the product before. I have been trying other types of tea for quite some time but I have not been feeling good. I had 5 bags of Lulutox that had remained in my previous order and I decided to drink it to finish the stock.
Amazingly, I felt lighter and brighter and so choose to try this one bag again.

I didnt like the product it was very…
I didnt like the product it was very sweet and disappointing
Did not live up to the claims so i informed them not to send any more they agreed
However they sent me one in error after the agreement and charged me £21.90. (Including postage) After a few emails where they got everything wrong about the transaction they agreed i could send it back which i did which cost me £5.90
They only refunded me the cost of the tea refused to refund original postage and the return postage as only product refunded in their terms. However they sent it to me in error I didnt order it so i think they should refund me both postages ie sending to me and me returning. They are refusing. Under the heading in their rules no postage refunds on orders returned but i didnt order it. They just sent it in error and i am out if pocket
They have refunded the cost of the tea but are now ignoring my emails and not replying to my requests for fairness about refunding the postage
This is very disappointing as i am having to pay extra for their mistake which they acknowledged
