I haven't tested their tea.... as I refused to accept their order after noticing at checkout that they had charged me an extra 3 bags under the pretext of a promotion added without my knowledge :
I contacted them to say that I will not accept this package. They claimed that their policy required us to accept it anyway, and then return it ourselves.
Since late August.. and of course, no refund has been offered.
The fact is that Company has a very bad business policy.

To my knowledge the reviews I have read made me feel my own experience by purchasing the tea and trying out myself. Great product and great value for money.

Easy company to order from, as I have used Lulutox for a long time I am totally at ease ordering from them.
I find them a good company who always have what I need when I want it. Would recommend them to anyone. Quick delivery and free postal is a help as well.

All the benfits explained clearly but all the other products ie sleep etc been iffered before you purchasecis a bit annoying

After I complained about their billing, refund, and ordering policies, they “blacklisted” me from any future orders. Terrible communication and horrible customer service. No explanation. Do not buy this tea. Not worth the hassle. There are other herbal teas out there.

5831779942608 They have sent a repeat order, when I cancelled the supbscitption, and say I.have to wait for product to be delivered, send it back to the company at my expense and then wait.to.see if I.can get a refund.
I have emailed.about 10 times.and I.am dusgusted and disrguteled.about the whole thing and the experience.highly dodgy... immoral company

Also on my 1st order they sent 2 months when i wanted to try 1.

I have not received the tea yet so cannot comment on how good it is.
I would like to comment on the process. Found the website misleading and easy to inadvertently enter into a contract for repeated orders. I was having second thoughts whether to proceed and did not click confirm my order. I left the page then to my surprise noted an email confirming an order had been placed. I feel a bit duped and the order is already delayed so will be interesting if it does arrive. Cannot recommend

Beware: Lulutox will try to take as much money from you as they can , eg adding another 3 packages to the order without your permission which you can’t delete. I had difficulty in getting it back but persevered. At first they said my return parcel had not arrived but eventually agreed after I sent I photoshot of the Royal Mail confirmation of delivery. Also they sent persistent emails trying to get you buy more , even slightly threatening in content eg’ I see you have not taken up our offer …… I cannot do anymore for you’
Please do not think you are going to
lose loads of weight. You are not , but it does act as a sort of laxative so you do lose water which makes you feel lighter with a flatter stomach. Be careful though , keep up your liquid intake.
Do not buy from Lulutox themselves. I bought a 2nd order from eBay where it was cheaper.

I tried to order 1 bag of 28 lulutox infusions. I put in my full card details to pay - then after clicking 'pay' I was told order was not complete, did I want a coffee additive. I chose no, not this time, but the new 'offer' popped up repeatedly. I could not 'complete' the purchase. Now I have no idea if they will take my money but say I did not complete. Beware, this is hard pressure selling set up to force you to buy more than you want, and may be a complete scam.

Thanks to trustpilot lulutox have now agreed to pay the original postage (not received yet though) but NOT repay the return postage as their rules state they dont pay postage on returns orders

Bearing in mind that they sent the product in error (not an order by me) and insisted it being returned before they would refund me for THEIR error i had to pay the return postage. However i went to all the trouble of returning their error not something i ordered so why does that rule apply here?

Despite many patronising emails they are still refusing to pay the return postage. Total lack of appreciation and integrity

Be aware of dealing with them

If I could give this company no stars, I would have! Not only did my so-called "one-time" purchase back on August 24th take a long time to arrive, I was somehow placed on a subscription plan where I would have a recurring payment every three months! I had to contact my credit card company to alert them to this fraudulent action and to cancel my card so that no more UNAUTHORIZED payments would come out. So, my advice to everyone dealing with this company using a credit card, check your credit card account regularly, because you're likely to discover you're also on a subscription plan you did not ask for! And you're paying for it. I am really considering not buying anything for any site that even offers these subscription plans because they seem to place you on them automatically without your permission. Be careful, ladies and gentlemen!

Got sucked in to the clever advertising.
This in no way taste's anything like peach.
I have been drinking 1 every morning for more than 3 months.
Didn't help with my weight loss whatsoever.
Would not advise trying this.

The person I spoke to was polite and helpful answered all of my questions it was an easy process and the tea is very good

Do not trust them ! I received extra packets/bags on my first order that I had not wanted and was being charged for they then wanted me to pay to return. I cancelled everything and a few weeks later got an email stating my order had been processed I contacted them stating I have not placed another order to be told we can’t find an order after lots of emails and my continuous stating that I did not want any more goods I was deducted money from my account and told it was too late to do anything as the order had left and was on its way to me. This company is disgusting has no customer care and will just want to keep taking your money enen though you don’t place orders and gave I writing that everything is cancelled AVOID them at all cost
