Dont order thinking you are getting 1 box the sight cycles you up to 4 BOXES.
The way the sight is set out it is extremely easy to order the wrong package of products also extremely difficult to stop a transaction made in error. The bank won't stop it and it seems to be impossible to use the on site refund policy as it just cycles back to the beginning. Ifvthis is an error or deliberate policy it is impossible to say.You will not get your money back. You will eventually get the product. Although mine turned up in broken packaging with crushed boxes.

I did not subscribe for repeat orders
I did not subscribe for repeat orders. This company fails to assist with cancellation of deliveries. Just offering suspending orders or other incentives to stay. They instruct you to cancel using the website, which does not give an option to cancel. They then say they cannot assist with this On my behalf. They take payment from bank without permission. I have no option but to report to this fraudulent actions to the authorities. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Tea is really nice
Tea is really nice.
I feel more alert now 3pm slump
I’m not feeling so bloated.
My bowels are working great.
I’ve lost a couple of pounds too.
I have a cup of tea in morning before I go to work.
Then another in the evening. I do use sweetener but it’s nice without.
I am a coffee addict for last 30-40 years. But I haven’t had coffee in about 2 weeks.
I will carry on and see what happens.

Lulutox is a scam and a trap
Lulutox - never trust this company! It's a trap. You have no actual access of your account, can't change details or subscriptions. You're charged randomly. The order is suddenly processed in one minute, dispatched the next and you can't change it. When you make inquiry, AI sends you a premidetated email. Never a real person behind it. Nothing could be changed or solved.

Update of the next day. As I have said before - the company has not to be trusted. As they replied to me the next day (see below) that I do not have an active subscription with them, they still processed the order I haven't agreed upon, and billed my card/account. As my bank said, they have been able to do so because they took the payment using different name of the company - from Lulutox before (in May), to Detox after (Sept), although the payments to this company were blocked by my bank in May already.
The obvious question is - if I had no active subscription with them anymore, where the odd order came from? Total scam company!!!DO NOT TRUST THEM!
The latest reply I have received was: Hi Katrina,
I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.
I’ve checked your account, and there is currently no active subscription on file, so no further recurring subscription charges or shipments are scheduled.
The separate order confirmed today has already been shipped, so unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Once it has been delivered, please contact us and we’ll guide you through returning it for a full refund.

Love the flavor, its not strong, I keep the teabag in my cup I enjoy sitting with a cup while drinking slowly while I work on my laptop and then I just keep topping it up with boiled water, it never looses its flavor or strength

Lulutox advertise 10 for the price of three but when going onto the website that offer is NOT available. Which surely must be considered in contravention of UK Trading Standards.
Customer service avoids answers to direct questions.
Once again Lulutox does not read what has been written.

Would give zero rating but site won’t…
Would give zero rating but site won’t let me. The tea is nice but the site is a con. Didn’t agree to a subscription but it happened. Then I followed an offer link and within seconds I was charged £49.95 for 3 bags of sleep tea I didn’t want. For a full refund I need to pay the return via a carrier and no refund until it’s arrived!
Pretty sure it will go missing! Do not touch with a barge pole 🤬
