No knowledge of being put on a subscription plan
I received a transaction notification from my bank today of a £43 pending payment to this company. Then later an email that my order had been shipped! No knowledge of ordering from them again. Looked into it and have been automatically put on a subscription plan to receive tea bags every 3 months! Had to contact them via their request form on website and have spent most of the day emailing backwards and forwards trying to cancel the subscription. I must be speaking to a robot, because they can’t grasp the fact I do not want to pause the subscription, I want to cancel it! Trying everything tactic to make me change my mind. I will be contacting my bank and reporting as a scam.
Avoid at all costs!

This is a scam , as soon as you purchase a product they add you to a subscription so they can bill your credit card. You really do not have access to talk directly and all contact is through a portal. I called as soon as I saw thatvI was charged in American dollars and not canadian to cancel my order and they didn't cancel my order saying it was already processed which las a lie. I enjoy the taste of the tea as my bedtime companion. I continue to take Lulutox in an effort to improve my digestive tract and gut health. I would prefer a natural unbleached bad rather than a synthetic material but it’s not affected my purchase. I do feel pressured to buy huge quantities and would prefer to. Buy smaller quantities regularly as the sales techniques are quite bullish! I have ample supplier and I will buy again as I like the product.

Don’t do it! I thought I was placing a one time order but had been signed up for a subscription which they make it really difficult to get out of. It’s a shame as the product is ok but this completely put me off so I’ve cancelled.

Do not deal with this company . You place a one off order and they set up an unauthorised subscription!! When you ask to cancel they literally do not accept your request instead offering to pause or discount !!! Read all the other negative reviews!!! Totally unacceptable ! JUST CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION SHOULD NOT BE SO DIFFICULT AS PER CONSUMER RIGHTS STATES. This company it’s not honest at all. First of all I have ordered a tea for me to try out then I noticed they have been taken further money from my acc for subscription that I hadn’t authorised. Secondly the tea it’s not do what they say it does . After using it for a month no changes at all. By then they send out 2nd pack . I tryed to cancel it and they said can not be cancelled but when you receive it return it. After 3 emails I managed to to cancel the subscription . Return it’s a nightmare they said first I can’t not get refunded although they say in adds full refund back with in 30 days. Then they agreed for me to return it . The yea it’s came from uk warehouse but they wanted me to send it back to USA . I don’t understand why can’t send it back to Uk. Postage’s to USA was £13.50 to send back , where in uk would been £3.99 . They done that for you to loose money and for them to resell the tea and maximise profits . There thieves, liers and dishonest company making money out of peoples misery in my case disabled. Please stay away from them 1 star I gave them it’s too much for them . I have emailed them again and still haven’t responded
