Surprising improvements in Lifestyle
My partner and I have just had 80th birthdays in the last few months - with a history of medical conditions but still very active in the community. Interested in the mix of green teas and medicinal herbs in the LuluTox product and the claims in improved health, weight loss and extra energy levels. A very pleasant tasting alternative to coffee and black teas and we are experiencing improvements in the areas of our health interests over the last 3-4 weeks. Highly recommended

Lulutox charge in USD
I looked up Lulutox on a NZ website. Throughout the transaction it appeared that they were based on NZ and therefore I expected to be charged in NZD. It was fairly expensive, even at the supposed largely discounted price. Imagine my surprise when I was charged in USD on my credit card rather than NZD. I contacted the support team straight away. They offered the ability to return the tea for a full refund. The only issue was that it would cost NZD45 to return the tea, so either way I was out of pocket. Very dissatisfied with this outcome. Beware if you are purchasing from outside of the USA.

I ordered and received Lulutox in January 2026, then was debited $62 and $72 in October without my authorisation.
My bank cancelled my card and are trying to get my money back. I didn't receive anymore Lulutox tea yet I was debited two amounts. This company is a scam and please don't order from them. It's disgusting to take unauthorised money from people's accounts. I am a pensioner and I will continue to try and retrieve my money. 😡😡😡😡😡

What a dreadful company
What a dreadful company. Complete Scammers. The website is deliberately misleading, so that once you have authorised a transcaction in your payment site link, getting back to confirm your order is impossible without agreeing to a "special offer". There is no opportunity to review and/or amend the final 'basket' and transaction and so whatever has been added in the special offer screen is added and cannot be amended. If you challenge the company directly they acknowledge your complaint and keep replying to emails that you send, saying they are looking at it and asking for more details, but never offer a resolution. If you challenge through your payment provider Lulotox refuse to engage any further with you and your payment provider is likely to refuse your dispute (because you had already authorised the transaction). A clever scam, but a scam none the less.
As to the tea itself - it tastes disgusting and that is likely the only detoxing element of its content - as it likely to help you empty your stomach!
At the end of the day these are just ordinary herb tea bags and you should ask yourself before you buy -would you walk into your local supermaket and pay £23 for 28 teabags? I think you will find the answer is No. You are better off buying some Twinings or Pukka T bags - they taste better and are properly priced.

Don't be surprised when the company "Auto-Renews" your order without your knowledge. If you live in Canada like me, you won't be able to return the extra orders as the company does not have the necessary FDA number required to send it back. And ya, they make you pay for the return shipping.

I found customer service excellent
Since starting the lulutox tea I feel more energised, my ankle oedema has reduced along with my appetite. I haven't weighted myself but my clothes are looser and I haven't needed my morning coffee. I will definitely continue to drink it.

An absolutely awful company to deal…
An absolutely awful company to deal with.
I placed what I thought was a one off order.
I’ve had a diagnosis and couldn’t tolerate the teabags
Then they took another payment from my account. I got in touch right away. I was told I needed to cancel the subscription that I did not subscribe too, which I did. The following day they despatched the order. I queried this and asked why they had done this knowing I couldn’t tolerate the tea bags.
No problem, I was told, you can return the tea bags and the outstanding unopened bag from the previous order.
Tea bags duly delivered yesterday, they are now saying I cannot send them back and when I go onto the portal it won’t let me action a return of any bags received. But they are offering me 30% discount to keep.
I’ve now opened a query with my bank. Sent all of the emails over. They have refunded me for all the orders
Please do not use this company. They are absolutely awful to deal with.

You Will Love this Tea!
I initially purchased this tea to get the detoxifying effect; however, I liked the tea so well I drink it as my daily beverage. I am not one to enjoy flavored tea, so I make mine by the pitcher, and mix it with decaf, non-flavored tea. It is great! Now I need to try the bedtime tea. Sounds wonderful.
