If I could give a minus score I would. I had clicked on an offer that was emailed to me next thing I get an order confirmation for 5 packets of tea that I never authorised to buy came through. Trying to get a refund and going round in circles with automated responses. AVOID this company.

I tried to place an order and it was insane!
I tried to place an order and it took me to a page asking me to add more products or lose the discount and free shipping! So I decided to just get out and did not place order. I received an email saying my order did not go through and to try again. So stupidly I tried again and the site says I already placed an order! So which is it??
