This has got to be the worse company…
This has got to be the worse company I've ever had to deal with. Several months ago I ordered a pack of DETOX tea and it worked very well to reduce my bloating so I ordered 3 packs. I was sent 3 packs of the Cleanse/Energy/Balance tea. It took 11 emails and all manner of excuses before they authorised a return and gave me a refund. A few weeks later I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another 3 packs of Detox tea. The confirmation email showed an order of 6 packs of again the wrong tea. I emailed them back within 20 minutes and was told it was too late to cancel as it had been shipped. This time it took 22 emails and 3 weeks and even more excuses before they authorised a return and refund. I have tried to get a refund of both the shipping fees and the return shipping fees which amounted to £17 but it's like hitting your head against a wall. I have now given in and have lost the will to live.

A product that gives what it promises!
To be honest at first I was sceptical about the benefits of Lulutox. That scepticism was gone after the first couple of days of drinking the tea.
After a prompt delivery of Lulutox it lived up to all the promises advertised.
It relieved my bloating and gave my digestive system a lot of relief. Unexpectedly it also relieved my stress level and gave me a feeling of calmness.
From ordering, delivery was fast and the effects of the tea impressed me beyond expectation.

Did nothing for me
I drank this twice a day for 86 days, first thing in the morning and before lunch. I noticed absolutely no difference whatsoever. There was no less bloating, no surge in energy, no difference. I even waited a few weeks after finishing it to see if anything changed for the worse but no. It dis nothing for me. And why did I take it for 86 days? After I clicked checkout on the website, there were constant pop ups about adding this to my order or adding that to my order, so many pop ups that I almost just stopped my purchase. Despite the fact that I am convinced I did not buy any additional ones, I somehow ended up paying over €100 for 6 packets of 28 bags when I only ordered 3. Maybe they'll work for others but for me it was a real waste of money
UPDATE I was contacted by customer care and will be given a full refund

A fraudulent scam
A fraudulent scam. My mother ordered tea to the value of £33.90 (inc p&p). She was sent a different product, plus additional un-ordered products for which she was charged £104.70 (inc p&p). Customer service refuses to refund. This is now being reported to the police as intentional fraud.

My wife bought some Lulutox tea as a one-off purchase. As she didn't particularly enjoy the product, she decided not to purchase more, but two months after the original delivery more product arrived and her credit card charged, as Lulutox had set up a subscription. We have tried and tried to contact Lulutox but seem unable to get past the Support bot, which keeps asking for the original order number from the order confirmation email. Sadly my wife no longer has that email. Lulutox claim to be unable to find her on their system despite her proving every piece of information possible bar the order number itself. They are perfectly able to send product to her by name at the correct address, and to charge her credit card, but apparently she is not on their system! Personally, I think there are dubious business practices at play here, and it seems that the only way to stop it is to cancel the credit card.
Their Support team are useless and hide behind AI bots. They have our phone number but will not call to speak face to face. Emails just go round in circles with no resolution.

Do not use Lulutox
I am in the UK. I never signed up to a repeat subscription - it was meant to be a one-time purchase only - but Lulutox have since issued me with a 'pending payment' (which I have had to contact my bank about). I have not received anything either so they are taking the funds without sending the product too. My bank has told me that as it is pending I have to wait until the money has left my account and then I can raise a dispute.
Whenever I have tried to contact Lulutox, I received an automated message from 'Mia' who I presume is a bot so it's very difficult to cancel the payments. I feel that Lulutox are commuting theft. My bank have blocked this merchant and, in my opinion, Lulutox is a scam which I wish I had not ever purchased from in the first place.
