Not a very open and trustworthy company…
Not a very open and trustworthy company to deal with.
I received an email to say thank you for ordering we will process your order. I emailed straight away to say I did not order as I cannot drink tea never have been able to it just makes me sick. They said they could not cancel even though it was not despatched. They said had to accept delivery and then return . I checked my bank and they had taken payment and an extra payment for a subscription. They made it impossible for me to cancel and were extremely slow to respond and not helpful.
I paid to send it back they have refused to refund all my money.

Been a great purchase!

I think it is a great price,the order is packed straight away and sent out the same day, or if late, the next day. Delivery is quite fast and well handled. The tea not only tastes good but it hives a good health improvement too. Well worth it.

Good healthy product
Had used this product for a number of months and it does what it says. I have a cup every morning and I feel better for having it. They run special offers so restocking is easy and cost effective. I normally buy in bulk 5/7 packets at a time. This gives plenty of time to use consistently and see the results.

Beware of "subscription" being created on initial purchase
After intial order the vendor unilaterally set up a "susbcription" and created an unwanted order.
Customer services were unhelpful and would cancel neither the order or, more importantly, the subscription. According to them you can "cancel" subscription on the website but neither me, nor other family members, could achieve this, only a tempoary pause, which is useless. The provided link to return the order just took me to random webpages.
Issue resolved by reporting the vendor to my card provider.

Thought it was an Australian company
Thought it was an Australian company. Was charged in U.S $$ and when I thought I was buying only the standard 3 boxes with a discount, i was actually buying 6 boxes. $180 all up!!!!
They wouldn’t cancel or refund my order. Said it was sent immediately and I would have to wait until it was received and returned for a refund.
The company is misleading and the customer support team aren’t helpful at all.
DON’T BUY THIS TEA!!! It’s a scam.

I have had this tea for a while now but I ordered a bag by mistake and one bag cost me £14 which I can’t afford I only wanted two bags..I asked for a refund and they said no and I can’t get out to send it back so I get a refund..I’m an old lady and that money was for winter heating bills but they still won’t give me a refund unless I return it..I won’t ever buy from this site again they are ripping us off as I’ve since found it a lot cheaper and the same thing.so people go and look for it else where and not on here 😡😡😡😡

Buy from a legitimate company
Well I guess I may have bought mine from a scam website, watch out for the ‘subscription’ small text! Had to cancel my subscription but they were refusing to refund me, took a long time and they finally agreed! Sent the extra package back to a car dealers in Essex (🚩) ???? Also my refund was from Getbandoopatches - who are they.
Haven’t brought myself to try the tea yet as the process so far has been very fake! That’s my experience.

Terrible customer service. I didnt sign up to subscription but money was taken from account and when I tried to return product they made it incredibly difficut. I didnt want they productand just wanted a refund. I was offered 30% discount , then 20% discount!!! in that order. I paid £6 to return the product and now Royal Mail have been unable to deliver.
