Fake, generic platitudes instead of technical help.
Tried to place an order and the system continuously overwrote to only a partial address. CS referred me to tech team, who apologised with generic, fake platitudes stating they know how disappointed I am…blah, blah, blah, yet failed to even try to correct their problem.
I was bombarded with higher discount offers, none of which could be used as the platform would not accept my details to place an order.

Doesn’t do what it says on the tin and BEWARE automatic subscription which is impossible to cancel
This tea is not very nice and it certainly hasn’t made me lose any weight. The worst thing is that when you buy it you are put on an automatic subscription programme that is impossible to cancel. You can only pause it maximum 90 days. Not to be recommended and I wish I had never bought it in the first place.

Real tea that’s helpful
Since I fist saw this advertised it caught my eye .instantly what I was looking for at the time it tasted good and also helped with my gut so I was pleased I’m only a couple of months using it but it’s working well and in a few more months I will see different feelings like weight loss and better skin but overall I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from bloating problems.

Ordered a months supply of the tea and they signed me up to a subscription that I did not want. I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel this as their website does not provide this option and after numerous emails back on forth still they still have not cancelled my subscription.
I rang my bank to cancel any further payments to them but they then used a different company name to be able to collect another payment. Still having an ongoing battle with them

Confusing reordering led me to being sent an extra 9 bags which they now will not allow me to return
EDIT**I have provided them with my order numbers following on from this review, I shall await the outcome**EDIT
I needed to return some of my order when after trying to order just 2 more bags of t-bags I ended up with 9 bags extra, 3 bags was refunded straight away which left me wanting to return 6. I informed them that I was in hospital unwell and I was reassured that I could return the bags at my earliest convenience. I attempted to do this and I was told that I had gone over the 30 day return policy by 1-2 days, I explained my situation explaining that I had not been aware of the urgency and that I had been very ill in hospital. Lulutox have refused to allow me to return the unwanted bags and to receive a refund. I do not understand their policy considering the best before end date is 2029. If their ordering site was not so confusing in the first place I would not be in this situation. I am so disappointed with them and I most certainly will not be using their product in the future. I shall also make other customers aware of how unfair they have been.
