Total scam company
Total scam company. I didn’t sign up for auto ship but they charged my credit card anyway and sent product. I had to cancel my credit card. Company refused to refund and it was very difficult to cancel the auto ship I didn’t sign up for. Do not order from this company!

Scam!
I thought I was purchasing 3 bags of the tea as a one time order, not signing up for a subscription until another bag arrived. I'm now trying to cancel and return the product, and getting help from Lulutox has been extremely difficult. There is no cancel option only suspend the subscrtion. Read the fine print carefully before ordering. I would not recommend this product.

I had apparently signed up to a subscription and despite never receiving any products over 3 months they refused any refund. Fortunately I was able to report through my credit card company. I certainly would not recommend and actually feel their inaction is fraudulent!!

Fraudulently set up a subscription
Fraudulently set up a subscription. Confirmed “subscription” was cancelled, confirmed “future orders” were cancelled, charged my debit card (which bank disputed and refunded) then sent unsolicited goods, were told, “items were not requested, goods were sent unsolicited” and under uk consumer law they were advised to arrange collection or issue a pre paid return label, meantime in response to my request they offer to sell me the unsolicited item at a reduced price if I keep it, again I told them I don’t want it, it’s unsolicited. Next thing I get an email from the USA telling me to return it to the USA at my expense, again I quote consumer law on unsolicited goods, this time they tell me to return it to a UK address (again at my expense). This is a company with what would appear to be no moral compass whatsoever, emails appear to be written by A.I. chatbots with no real human input at all. Their “customer service” (I use the term loosely) is non existent and their business practices seem to be to flout UK consumer law and harass and cause untold distress to customers. Avoid like the plague, have nothing to do with this company, they are unscrupulous in how they treat people.
***UPDATE 24/09/2026***
YET ANOTHER USLESS EMAIL FROM LULUTOX, THEY DON’T (OR THEIR A.I. BOTS) SEEM TO GRASP THE FACT UNDER CONSUMER LAW THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN OF UNSOLICITED GOODS AT THEIR EXPENSE.
THEY AVOID THE TRUTH, THEY PLAY DUMB IN THEIR RESPONSES, THEY HAVEN’T GOT A CLUE HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS.

This company is such a con. Ordered some of these teabags, didn’t sign up to a subscription. A couple of months later £33.90 was taken out of my bank account. I contacted the company straight away to ask why. Apparently I had signed up for a subscription but was told they didn’t have any evidence of this. Also it’s too late to refund me as the teabags were on their way! I got told I could get a full refund if I sent the items back.
After receiving the teabags I tried to send them back only to be told at the post office the postage would be nearly as much as the teabags had cost! Not trusting this company I felt it was better to ask for the 30% refund they promised instead.
Oh what a surprise, apparently they can’t seem to repay my money back into my account.
Please don’t order from this company, plus the teabags bags don’t do anything they say they do! Just stick to green tea!

What have you got to lose trying Lulutox tea.
I’ve wanted to try this product for a while. I felt it was time to try it to see if it can help the bloating I suffer from and to aid weight loss. It is an okay tasting product, not as peachy as I expected but not offensive. I’ve had less bloating and lost a pound in weight in my first Week which is a bonus.my stomach feels softer too.
