Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered one bag to try. I was sent 3 charged for 2. Couldnt cancel the subscription so emailed. I was told the order had already been sent out and it was too late to cancel as each order was given a different batch number. Eventually managed to finally get it cancelled completely (I hope) and was told I could send the last order back and also the 2 bags I had not received and contact them again for the address to send back. But would have to pay the P&P myself. I didn’t like the taste. Extremely disappointed in the service as my first email to them was to cancel ALL subscriptions not just the one that was due. My advice look out for an email to be able to cancel or keep logging into your account if you can. The account only gave me the option to cancel the next month not cancel completely. Also emailed them on 26 October to cancel they said it had already been sent out. Although I only received the bag today. 3 November. 9 days later!

I haven't tested their tea.... as I refused to accept their order after noticing at checkout that they had charged me an extra 3 bags under the pretext of a promotion added without my knowledge :
I contacted them to say that I will not accept this package. They claimed that their policy required us to accept it anyway, and then return it ourselves.
Since late August.. and of course, no refund has been offered.
The fact is that Company has a very bad business policy.

Do not order this tea.
After I complained about their billing, refund, and ordering policies, they “blacklisted” me from any future orders. Terrible communication and horrible customer service. No explanation. Do not buy this tea. Not worth the hassle. There are other herbal teas out there.

I have not received the tea yet so cannot comment on how good it is.
I would like to comment on the process. Found the website misleading and easy to inadvertently enter into a contract for repeated orders. I was having second thoughts whether to proceed and did not click confirm my order. I left the page then to my surprise noted an email confirming an order had been placed. I feel a bit duped and the order is already delayed so will be interesting if it does arrive. Cannot recommend

Beware: Lulutox will try to take as much money from you as they can , eg adding another 3 packages to the order without your permission which you can’t delete. I had difficulty in getting it back but persevered. At first they said my return parcel had not arrived but eventually agreed after I sent I photoshot of the Royal Mail confirmation of delivery. Also they sent persistent emails trying to get you buy more , even slightly threatening in content eg’ I see you have not taken up our offer …… I cannot do anymore for you’
Please do not think you are going to
lose loads of weight. You are not , but it does act as a sort of laxative so you do lose water which makes you feel lighter with a flatter stomach. Be careful though , keep up your liquid intake.
Do not buy from Lulutox themselves. I bought a 2nd order from eBay where it was cheaper. Finally because I had doubts about the company I did take a package to a pharmacy to get them to look at the contents and they did confirm that they are natural products & there was nothing harmful.
They probably have very tight financial targets & are under pressure to reach them .
