I’m very satisfied with the lululox tea…
I’m very satisfied with the lululox tea I purchased I love tea and it’s a pretty overall good tasting tea so far. I would definitely recommend the tea to others. Happy with overall purchase was a little on the higher end for price but not to bad !

Lulutox Is a scam company
This company have tried again on 24 september to deduct money from my bank account. I have told them I do not want or need the product. I have not wanted a subscription. I am going to take this further if this company does not delete me from their records. It is a Scam company.

OMG, this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I think this is a scam company run by AI. Very user unfriendly and what you have to go thru to try and get a refund and return an unopened package of their awful tea! I never authorized an additional order! Stay away, you are better off just drinking water.

Please do not use lulutox. I bought from them in May and emailed them to confirm I wasn't signed up for a subscription to which they emailed me back to confirm I have no active subscription. Then this morning they have taken £21.90 out of my Today account unauthorised and emailed me to say they have signed me up for a subscription. I've had various emails back and forth from them, not one to say it's an error on their part. So I've just contacted my bank freezed my card and are pursuing them for fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM BANK DETAILS

No product received and forced to order 2 sets of teas to be able to process the order. Waste of time and money. Delivery notification and tracking received on email. No product arrived and when you contact the support team, they simply tell you that the order was processed - bad luck its too late to change your order and when you challenge delivery they say it was left. Disappointing experience. Happy to take your money and nothing else.

Makes you feel like you drank poison
Terrible company, terrible product. I bought this tea directly from Lulutox. After selecting the tea, they trick you into clicking another button to save 80%, but what you don't realize is you've just purchases a second bag without ever being given the option to confirm the purchase. I emailed them within 5 minutes and they said that it had already been processed and shipped, so nothing they could to about it. I tried the product and it made me very sick. I've had stomach pains for weeks. After dozens of emails they finally offered a refund, but then claim that the refund won't go through because of the credit card company. The credit card company tells me they will never decline a refund, so it is a total sham. I'm now having to take legal action agains this company. Please do not support this company by buying their product.

Order process not great. Return / refund process timely and excellent
I’m rating a 4 instead of a 5 as my order process was not ideal. Otherwise it would be a 5. The order page was not great and suddenly I had two orders. I immediately contacted Lulutox and was told to wait til I got the order, which came in about 10 days. From then on the experience was top notch. I requested a refund I got clear instructions how to return the product and the full refund was on my card within 2 days. Throughout the return / refund process I received status updates and lulutox kept their promise. Just wanted to post this as I saw very negative comments about refund process and that was not my experience.

The honest promotion of the product is what persuaded to buy the product.
Drinking first thing in the morning is a highlight. I always leave a gap of one hour before I eat food.

Total scam company. I didn’t sign up for auto ship but they charged my credit card anyway and sent product. I had to cancel my credit card. Company refused to refund and it was very difficult to cancel the auto ship I didn’t sign up for. Do not order from this company!

I thought I was purchasing 3 bags of the tea as a one time order, not signing up for a subscription until another bag arrived. I'm now trying to cancel and return the product, and getting help from Lulutox has been extremely difficult. There is no cancel option only suspend the subscrtion. Read the fine print carefully before ordering. I would not recommend this product.

I had apparently signed up to a subscription and despite never receiving any products over 3 months they refused any refund. Fortunately I was able to report through my credit card company. I certainly would not recommend and actually feel their inaction is fraudulent!!
