Scam, avoid. I don't feel any different using the tea. Customer Services is non existent, cancelling an order is impossible as well as trying to cancel an ongoing subscription that I didn't want. The only communication is an via an AI bot.

THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING SCAMS - I placed an order Oct 2025 for 1 bag of tea. I thought it was a box but just one bag @ 30.00. Asked them to quit sending emails (unsubscribe) and all of a sudden (1:00am) I placed an order for 10 bags of tea @ 126.86. Just so happened when this order was placed I had no internet service (have provided messages from internet provider about outage), my computer was turned off and I was actually asleep. Got email from PayPal about the purchase. Went to place that had internet service to investigate and found the order - sent email about not placing order and to please cancel. They refused stating it had already shipped. LIE #1 - They could not provide tracking info then once they did it had not shipped until 43 hours later. They could have easily not shipped order. LIE #2 Advised I would refuse shipment if it did ship. They advised to not do that as it would not be sent back. I had already went to USPS and they verified that it would indeed go back to them and they would provide me proof it was shipped back to vendor. I consulted lawyer and they advised this is a common scam. They take your payment information from prior purchase and somehow place an order with the payment information and refuse to cancel or refund the order. (Fine print when you give them the info you are signed up for auto payment or subscription- they can push order through without your permission) I am fighting this with PayPal and I am now going to my bank to stop payment and get a refund. AGAIN SCAM OPERATION here in my opinion. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I have sent 8 emails to this company and PayPal. Wasted over 2 days and two nights sleep fighting this.

Didn’t sign up for a subscription and…
Didn’t sign up for a subscription and got charged for a second batch 60 days after the first order. When I contacted them to cancel they sent me a link to cancel but there wasn’t an option to cancel. I have now been emailing for 2 day with them telling me I can have a discount if I stay with them, currently on the 7th email and I still haven’t got it cancelled. Last I was told they were having technical problems. Seems they just like to con people and when we want to cancel they just make things hard. This is the last time I try anything from a company I don’t know. Also the peach tea doesn’t even taste of peach and after drinking it for the last 60 days feel no change at all

Why Did Lulutox Change their Detox tea
I first ordered Lulutox Detox tea in the first month. I couldn't believe how much weight I had lost. I felt great, however, I then started to receive renewals I hadn't ordered, though I was happy to accept them until I realised I was no longer receiving DETOX tea but a herbal supplement that did absolutely nothing for my weight loss, and in fact, the tea bags had no comparison to the original Detox tea bags, and the wrapping is different. The packet, instead of Detox, states Cleanse/Energy/Balance peach-flavoured tea. Tea is nice, but it doesn't help with my weight loss. I have no idea why they changed the tea. When I realised I was being charged on a regular basis for tea I hadn't ordered, it took a bit of discussion to make them realise that I wanted the subscription, which I was not aware I had signed up for, to be cancelled,

Not even 1 star - I have about 30 emails all asking me to log my complaint, then a review of the service, then another code for something (that doesn't work or doesn't come through in time) and I now have 4 packs of the stuff and I want a refund!
I am now out of time for the 3 packs (I only wanted 1 to try) that they sent and am subscribed - it's impossible to get unsubscribed either so I have now had to contact my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will never be able to unsubscribe and they deliberately send you round and round. They are now telling me it will cost ME money to send the stuff back - I didn't even order three of the packs.

Received my first order of 2 packs today.
I ordered these thinking it was a one off order . Since reading reviews on here and people having trouble cancelling subscriptions, I decided to email them to make sure mine was a one off order and not an ongoing subscription. To my alarm, I was informed by email that my order was in fact a monthly subscription. I have emailed approx 5-6 times tonight to try and cancel my subscription. They always answer my email , but they have constantly wanted to change my mind .
I DO NOT WANT A SUBSCRIPTION, AND I WANT IT CANCELLING WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT . I fail to see what part of this they don’t understand.
Really disappointed with their responss. If this is not dealt with immediately, I will be taking further action

I purchased Lulutox after reading a promotional article that described it as a pre-blended tea containing four highlighted ingredients in the correct ratios: dandelion leaf, lotus leaf, ginger root and hibiscus flower.
The offer I intended to purchase was three bags for £39.95. However, during checkout, an additional discounted three-bag package costing £34.95 was added to my order. I did not knowingly select or intend to purchase this extra package.
My final order was:
Three bags: £39.95
Additional three bags: £34.95
Delivery: £3.95
Total charged: £78.85
I therefore received six bags instead of the three I intended to order. I have since seen reviews from other customers describing the same experience, so buyers should check the final checkout total extremely carefully before completing payment.
When the products arrived, I compared the ingredients on the packaging with the promotional article that led me to buy them. The actual tea contains dandelion leaf, but lotus leaf, ginger root and hibiscus flower are not listed on the product label. Three of the four ingredients highlighted in the promotion were therefore absent from the product I received.
I contacted customer service and requested a full refund. I was first offered a 15% refund to keep all the products, followed by a 30% refund to keep them. I declined because I did not want the tea and all six bags remained unopened and sealed.
The full return was eventually approved, but customers should be aware of something very important:
YOU MUST PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE YOURSELF
The company does not provide a prepaid return label and does not reimburse the return cost. The parcel must also be sent using a trackable service.
My return postage cost £[insert amount], so even though I returned the entire unopened order, I still lost money.
I am sharing this so other customers know what may be waiting for them: check the final total carefully, take screenshots during checkout, compare the actual ingredients with the promotion, and remember that a full refund does not necessarily mean you get all your money back because you must pay the return postage yourself.
The customer service representatives eventually provided return instructions, but the overall experience was disappointing and unnecessarily difficult.
