Absolutely disgusted by the customer service
Absolutely disgusted by the customer service of this company.
My Nan wished to cancel the subscription after the first shipment and was mislead that the subscription had been cancelled. After being charged a second time, the next shipment cannot be cancelled and we are expected to return ourselves, for tea she didn't want to be charged for again. We have been in constant contact with customer service for 3 months but had nothing resolved.
She has trouble understanding how to handle subscriptions like this technically, so the customer service should have cancelled the subscription on her behalf.
I have never spoken to a customer service that has been so unhelpful and this whole service feels like a scam to take more money from unsuspecting customers. Do not order from this tea company, save your money for something more useful.

Do not buy this product
Absolute scam, they sign you up for a repeat subscription without you realising - first I knew was when money was automatically taken from my account. Then to get removed from the subscription is very difficult, plus you have to pay postage to send product back in order to get a refund. Terrible product and even worse customer service.

Better overall health over 65 years
Easy to order, some good offers and discounts, reliable shipping and the tea is really proving to be a heathly, yummy wellbeing drink for both myself and my husband. I am not a real tea drinker as I usually always drink coffee. The tea is pleasant, but unsure of what I am to expect from the detox. I refill the tea bag about 3 times a day.
I was shocked when I was charged in US dollars as the site did not state this, now I have 3 packets and cost me $85 Australian, that is very expensive tea.
I wll not be buying again as this tea will last me more than a year, luckily it has a long use by date. Hopefully, they have not put me on a subscription like other reviews I have read.

Despite initially thinking the tea wasn't doing anything for me, l subsequently noticed that it was in fact helping with bloating, which increased when l forgot to take my tea away with me for about a week.

I ordered a product by mistake
I ordered a product by mistake, I had asked for a refund, quick and easy they said, and you have 30 days to return the package. After numerous emails quick and easy wasn’t anywhere near what they stated it would be. Due to the the changes in my health I couldn’t pay the direct amount, they also added on to a subscription when they told me it would cancelled. I would not recommend this company, get something to say once you have return address for your return goods as I have emailed a few times and had no reply.
