Customer service is courteous and prompt in their responses. I returned unopened product and received a refund as promised.

I did not really want to have it delivered on a regular basis when I ordered it. But it was delivered in good time and as I said, I have been enjoying it a lot.

Scammed into buying 3 packets when I only wanted one & marking suggested I was buying just one. Tried to cancel but was told ( within 2 minutes of order) that the sale had gone through to process delivery . Received goods 2 days later than tracking advice, still waiting for a return address 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Good product. Saw improvement in energy soon after starting Lulutox. More alert and wanting to do more without feeling tired. Nails got stronger and grew much quicker. Taste is pretty nice too

This Company , in my opinion, deliberately confuses it's customers at point of sale ! I ended up with subscription s I had not had any idea that I had made and although I only ordered one pack of tea they said I had ordered another pack of 3!!! and that I had subscribed!!..I had to fight with their support team via e mails to cancel subscriptions that I didn't agree to and also was sent the orders even though I had cancelled them !..I am currently trying to return an order for a refund which is also proving ridiculously difficult ! I would not even give one star if I had a choice!

Since using this product I have been sleeping better, and have more energy! I also have lost some of the bloated feeling. However, my weight has remained the same. Was hoping to have seen some reduction by now (18 days) Will be continuing with product but may increase to two cups per day!!!

Scam, avoid. I don't feel any different using the tea. Customer Services is non existent, cancelling an order is impossible as well as trying to cancel an ongoing subscription that I didn't want. The only communication is an via an AI bot.

I love starting my morning off with a satisfying cup of Lulutox tea it sets the day off perfectly! I feel more energized, I definitely do not have the severe bloating problem and I've noticed I've even lost a bit of weight!! All wins if you ask me.

THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING SCAMS - I placed an order Oct 2025 for 1 bag of tea. I thought it was a box but just one bag @ 30.00. Asked them to quit sending emails (unsubscribe) and all of a sudden (1:00am) I placed an order for 10 bags of tea @ 126.86. Just so happened when this order was placed I had no internet service (have provided messages from internet provider about outage), my computer was turned off and I was actually asleep. Got email from PayPal about the purchase. Went to place that had internet service to investigate and found the order - sent email about not placing order and to please cancel. They refused stating it had already shipped. LIE #1 - They could not provide tracking info then once they did it had not shipped until 43 hours later. They could have easily not shipped order. LIE #2 Advised I would refuse shipment if it did ship. They advised to not do that as it would not be sent back. I had already went to USPS and they verified that it would indeed go back to them and they would provide me proof it was shipped back to vendor. I consulted lawyer and they advised this is a common scam. They take your payment information from prior purchase and somehow place an order with the payment information and refuse to cancel or refund the order. (Fine print when you give them the info you are signed up for auto payment or subscription- they can push order through without your permission) I am fighting this with PayPal and I am now going to my bank to stop payment and get a refund. AGAIN SCAM OPERATION here in my opinion. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I have sent 8 emails to this company and PayPal. Wasted over 2 days and two nights sleep fighting this.

Didn’t sign up for a subscription and got charged for a second batch 60 days after the first order. When I contacted them to cancel they sent me a link to cancel but there wasn’t an option to cancel. I have now been emailing for 2 day with them telling me I can have a discount if I stay with them, currently on the 7th email and I still haven’t got it cancelled. Last I was told they were having technical problems. Seems they just like to con people and when we want to cancel they just make things hard. This is the last time I try anything from a company I don’t know. Also the peach tea doesn’t even taste of peach and after drinking it for the last 60 days feel no change at all

The company is very helpful and ‘hands on’ with any questions or queries ~ the service from start to finish was very smooth and I was happy with the product!

It's easy to get in the habit of sipping Lulutox teas daily.

I first ordered Lulutox Detox tea in the first month. I couldn't believe how much weight I had lost. I felt great, however, I then started to receive renewals I hadn't ordered, though I was happy to accept them until I realised I was no longer receiving DETOX tea but a herbal supplement that did absolutely nothing for my weight loss, and in fact, the tea bags had no comparison to the original Detox tea bags, and the wrapping is different. The packet, instead of Detox, states Cleanse/Energy/Balance peach-flavoured tea. Tea is nice, but it doesn't help with my weight loss. I have no idea why they changed the tea. When I realised I was being charged on a regular basis for tea I hadn't ordered, it took a bit of discussion to make them realise that I wanted the subscription, which I was not aware I had signed up for, to be cancelled,

could not get off the website unless i made a further order and was charged twice for the one i did order

Not even 1 star - I have about 30 emails all asking me to log my complaint, then a review of the service, then another code for something (that doesn't work or doesn't come through in time) and I now have 4 packs of the stuff and I want a refund!
I am now out of time for the 3 packs (I only wanted 1 to try) that they sent and am subscribed - it's impossible to get unsubscribed either so I have now had to contact my bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will never be able to unsubscribe and they deliberately send you round and round. They are now telling me it will cost ME money to send the stuff back - I didn't even order three of the packs.
