Im not thrilled with how quickly an order is placed without being able to verify what I want. It has caused me difficulties.
The communication between the company and myself is impressive, unless I want to cancel my order, then suddenly everyone disappears.

Shocking. This product makes no difference at all. I tried to cancel my subscription after using this for a month in July however they continued to send me the products and debit my credit card. I requested a cancellation however there was no option on the website - just a suspension. In order to mitigate my losses I activated the suspension however they continued to charge me. They have agreed the refund the products however expect me to pay for postage to the US and will only refund any order in the last 30 days. I have alerted my credit card provider as they took funds without my consent. Theft. They will not provide a contact number or call me.

I have been trying to cancel this product since 2nd September. I was not aware of setting up a subscription for this and surprised to receive another bag and they had taken the money out of my account. Although I had cancelled this by email (which they have ignored) have again taken another payment from my account this month. Please cancel my account.

I like the flavor of the tea.
I like the flavor of the tea doesn't really taste herbal, is slightly sweet and I did lose 4 lbs in 3 weeks. I would recomend this Tea to anyone who wants to feel better mentally and physically. I enjoy it every morning as hot tea and afternoon as iced tea.

So far, I like the taste of the tea. I received my order very quick I couldn't wait to give it a try. I am a big tea lover and like to try any tea that is made from natural herbs and things. Subscription you fight to get out of. DON’T do it!
I ordered to try it. I was very surprised to find it is a subscription that I didn’t want. The minute I received an email saying I was getting another shipment, I emailed back and said that I didn’t want anymore. Please cancel. They told be it was already shipped. BS! I never got an email of shipment until 2-3 days later!
It has been an absolute nightmare. They tell you to go to the portal to subscriptions and cancel it yourself. The problem is you can only pause, but not cancel and tell you to go to support. I have been doing this and getting NO WHERE!
Never will I recommend the company!
They offered me a 15% refund to keep the last order. I’m so over this, that I kept it. It’s not right, not fair and horrible business practice.
