The tea it’s self is fine
The tea it’s self is fine, However the company is a pain to deal with, my father wanted to try it and thought he was buying a one off payment pack, when I read into it I realised he had agreed to a subscription, I contacted them after two weeks and cancelled it, didn’t think anything else about it, after 3 months the took a further near £50 from his account, they were contacted the same day, however allegedly the had started the shipping process, so wouldn’t refund, took over an hour to get them to finally put in writing that they had cancelled the subscription. I now have to wait to get the unwanted product and return it to them before the will consider a refund so I bet I’m out of pocket.
Be very careful ordering from them.

Very disappointed. I ordered one bag to try. I was sent 3 charged for 2. Couldnt cancel the subscription so emailed. I was told the order had already been sent out and it was too late to cancel as each order was given a different batch number. Eventually managed to finally get it cancelled completely (I hope) and was told I could send the last order back and also the 2 bags I had not received and contact them again for the address to send back. But would have to pay the P&P myself. I didn’t like the taste. Extremely disappointed in the service as my first email to them was to cancel ALL subscriptions not just the one that was due. My advice look out for an email to be able to cancel or keep logging into your account if you can. The account only gave me the option to cancel the next month not cancel completely. Also emailed them on 26 October to cancel they said it had already been sent out. Although I only received the bag today. 3 November. 9 days later!

I haven't tested their tea.... as I refused to accept their order after noticing at checkout that they had charged me an extra 3 bags under the pretext of a promotion added without my knowledge :
I contacted them to say that I will not accept this package. They claimed that their policy required us to accept it anyway, and then return it ourselves.
Since late August.. and of course, no refund has been offered.
The fact is that Company has a very bad business policy.

Do not order this tea.
After I complained about their billing, refund, and ordering policies, they “blacklisted” me from any future orders. Terrible communication and horrible customer service. No explanation. Do not buy this tea. Not worth the hassle. There are other herbal teas out there.
