I purchased what I thought was one bag
I purchased what I thought was one bag. The tea did not suit me, I advised when the company asked and then the company promptly took another payment and sent another bag. I was not aware that I had set up a regular order and I did ask them to sort this out. I see that another customer has had similar problems.

Great product, the tea tastes lovely, I look forward to my early morning ritual. The benefits are definitely noticeable, my bloating definitely goes, not sure about weight loss though. I live in the UK, delivery does take awhile which is my only critism really. On the whole a good product

Good health and preventative maintenance?
To see and feel the gains from a natural products really boosts me up as pharmaceutical drugs have been bringing me down for years...no side effects and it works ...thanks Lulutox and all involved in getting these products out there your doing many communities a good thing, keep it up.
Service on delivery was fast and being able to get monthly resupply promptly and on remote control in my busy work schedule is fantastic.

Started taking some time ago, then left off for a while. I have started taking again, and lost 7lb I then went on holiday for 10 days without taking any and gained 5lb. So now I am drinking it again now that I am back and ordered some more, as it does seem to work.

Not a very open and trustworthy company…
Not a very open and trustworthy company to deal with.
I received an email to say thank you for ordering we will process your order. I emailed straight away to say I did not order as I cannot drink tea never have been able to it just makes me sick. They said they could not cancel even though it was not despatched. They said had to accept delivery and then return . I checked my bank and they had taken payment and an extra payment for a subscription. They made it impossible for me to cancel and were extremely slow to respond and not helpful.
I paid to send it back they have refused to refund all my money.

I think it is a great price,the order is packed straight away and sent out the same day, or if late, the next day. Delivery is quite fast and well handled. The tea not only tastes good but it hives a good health improvement too. Well worth it.

Good healthy product
Had used this product for a number of months and it does what it says. I have a cup every morning and I feel better for having it. They run special offers so restocking is easy and cost effective. I normally buy in bulk 5/7 packets at a time. This gives plenty of time to use consistently and see the results.

Beware of "subscription" being created on initial purchase
After intial order the vendor unilaterally set up a "susbcription" and created an unwanted order.
Customer services were unhelpful and would cancel neither the order or, more importantly, the subscription. According to them you can "cancel" subscription on the website but neither me, nor other family members, could achieve this, only a tempoary pause, which is useless. The provided link to return the order just took me to random webpages.
Issue resolved by reporting the vendor to my card provider.
