Shady scammers preying on fat old ladies!
Update 2: after providing proof of the fake article on facebook and predatory website design, to lulutox zendesk, we finaly received a call from Cherry (routed USA number) to organise a refund, without the expensive return shipping process. Surprisingly polite.
If the refund comes through, that’s great, but also saves their company being investigated by visa or Mastercard for these shady practices. Be persistent and don’t give up.

Article from facebook (probably fake) (very fake! using nz article names like stuff and herald, as well as a fake fb comments section) redirected to lulutox.com, promised to be $25 + $5 shipping for weight loss tea with no mention of currency, kept showing offers that were hard to close or skip, and immediately charged 2 lots of $55 nzd with no confirmation email or order number to file a claim, cancel, or refund.
Website is extremely shady in hindsight and had to call the bank, may have to cancel card if they keep charging a subscription we never accepted.
Update 1: after receiving an order confirmation with items and subscription we did not authorise, customer care refused to cancel the order, despite also stating you can change the address before it leaves, which should be ample time to cancel
They also do not provide any link to their subscription system at op.lulutox .com where you must first contact support.
Their subscription cancelation is either pause for 90 days, a hidden cancel with a 15% refund, or no thanks, indicating no refund at all. Very predatory.

Subscription trap
You get sucked into a subscription on the promise of all sorts of miracle results with bloating and the such like. The initial offer that lures you in is, of course, heavily discounted. But you try and cancel after that - it is nigh on impossible. The most usual excuse given is that the order has already been shipped and can't be revoked. Unsurprisingly there is no way of tracking the status of the order. I am having to contact my bank to put a stop on all future payments. I'm disappointed in myself for not checking any of this out before placing that first order.

This has got to be the worse company…
This has got to be the worse company I've ever had to deal with. Several months ago I ordered a pack of DETOX tea and it worked very well to reduce my bloating so I ordered 3 packs. I was sent 3 packs of the Cleanse/Energy/Balance tea. It took 11 emails and all manner of excuses before they authorised a return and gave me a refund. A few weeks later I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another 3 packs of Detox tea. The confirmation email showed an order of 6 packs of again the wrong tea. I emailed them back within 20 minutes and was told it was too late to cancel as it had been shipped. This time it took 22 emails and 3 weeks and even more excuses before they authorised a return and refund. I have tried to get a refund of both the shipping fees and the return shipping fees which amounted to £17 but it's like hitting your head against a wall. I have now given in and have lost the will to live.

A product that gives what it promises!
To be honest at first I was sceptical about the benefits of Lulutox. That scepticism was gone after the first couple of days of drinking the tea.
After a prompt delivery of Lulutox it lived up to all the promises advertised.
It relieved my bloating and gave my digestive system a lot of relief. Unexpectedly it also relieved my stress level and gave me a feeling of calmness.
From ordering, delivery was fast and the effects of the tea impressed me beyond expectation.

Did nothing for me
I drank this twice a day for 86 days, first thing in the morning and before lunch. I noticed absolutely no difference whatsoever. There was no less bloating, no surge in energy, no difference. I even waited a few weeks after finishing it to see if anything changed for the worse but no. It dis nothing for me. And why did I take it for 86 days? After I clicked checkout on the website, there were constant pop ups about adding this to my order or adding that to my order, so many pop ups that I almost just stopped my purchase. Despite the fact that I am convinced I did not buy any additional ones, I somehow ended up paying over €100 for 6 packets of 28 bags when I only ordered 3. Maybe they'll work for others but for me it was a real waste of money
UPDATE I was contacted by customer care and will be given a full refund
