If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered the tea to try it, clicked one time purchase but it’s a scam ! They put you on a subscription and you can’t get out . I’ve sent email after email, finally been assured my account is closed then receive an email to say £17.95 is coming out of my account for next month subscription!!! Stay away from this company

First time I was ordering
First time I was ordering, I was supposed to get a 70% discount which made the price $25 plus $4.95 shipping.
My card declined and saw it as fraud and I’m glad they did . The charge on my card was going to be $85.74!!!!!
I tried again with another card making sure to click 70% off button. The charge was Going to be over $50!!
Thank God for fraud detection on credit cards!!!!!

The Proof is in the Tea!
What has made my experience great so far is that the tea is doing just what they said it would do, and I have tried many other products in the past that have done nothing. It tastes good, I enjoy it every morning! It arrived very quickly after I ordered it, so I could begin drinking it right away.

LULUTOX NEVER AGAIN
I received an email from this company I just opened it and it automatically did an order for 5 Pkts and I never had a choice to check order (which I didn’t want) it just went through I immediately sent an email to Lulutox and was told it was too late to stop order so 58 Pounds out of pocket. This tea does not work I have been using it for nearly a YEAR no results at all

I was ordering 1 pack of t bags to try, was charged for 6 packs £78.85, I messaged as soon as confirmation came through on their form to cancel the order, no reply, but the next day had an e mail saying last chance to add to my order to still get free postage, there is an option to return the package if and when it arrives at a cost if approx £30, be very careful ordering from this company, I'm not the only person with this issue.

Totally lied about too late to amend…
Totally lied about too late to amend order. Took two payments and said had to return item before getting refund as too late to change order but then the next day told order was being processed. So how was it too late to alter the day before. Stay clear will jot be placing an order with these again. The tea probably doesn't work either. Will let you know once I receive order. Also said next day delivery but order didn't get processed til next day so unless has time machine next day delivery is a lie also.

Extremely poor customer service
An order was placed without my approval. I was checking out an offer which came via my email. When clicking the “next” button the order was placed automatically. I wanted to check the what the order would cost but did not get the chance to review the basket as is normal procedure. I then cancelled the order within minutes but was told it had already been shipped, which I find very hard to believe, so could not be cancelled. I therefore had to wait 2 weeks for the order to be delivered and then send it back for a refund. This was not a simple process as the return procedure on the website gave me a USA return address. I am in the UK and the parcel had a UK return address on the label. It took me 2 days to finally get the UK return address after many emails to Mia who was dealing with this debacle. I have now received my refund, but firstly the order should never have been placed without my approval, secondly it should have been simple to cancel within minutes of the order being placed which I tried to do, thirdly the return procedure on the website should give the correct return address based on the address it was sent to. All in all, a very poor experience. I have requested details of how the order was place without my approval but have had no response. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Lulutox again.
