The worst furniture store
This furniture store by far is the worst I've ever been to an experience I ordered furniture online it took almost 3 months to receive it and each time I was told that I would receive my furniture was met by another and another delay I've talked to corporate managers and all nothing was done about my dissatisfaction and I was given the runaround when my furniture finally arrived they dropped it off in front of my garage with no notice at all I didn't even know if anything was damaged yet I haven't even got the chance to open it I had to find people to put it in my home very very unprofessional customer service when I called and complained about the issue
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. They basically stole my money. I ordered a dining room set June 12, today is June 20th still showing my order is processing. I called Luna customer service and was told they didn’t have some of the items that I ordered. My order will be shipped on July 2nd. By the way I needed this order by July 4th. Why did you take my money on June 12 if you didn’t have what I ordered. I was never given this information. If they had been transparent when I placed this order and showed the item(s) as out of stock I would have never placed this order. Also I was told by customer service that there’s a 3% fee for cancellation even though it was clearly their fault for misrepresenting how this company does business.Shame on you!! I will NEVER order from or recommend this company!!!!
False Advertising
Ordered a couch and paid the $120 delivery fee which said next day delivery. It's been over a week and customer service keeps saying available in next 2-4 business days. Won't give me any timetable or plan about delivery since they say they are working with the delivery team. Said I would get a 24hour notice but thats all they said. Tried to cancel but they said I'd have to pay a 30% restocking fee since the order is at their warehouse since I ordered it. If its been there then why can't it be delivered?! Tried to speak to a manager but they were ducking since customer service said none are available but just through email. Been trying to email them but no response after the initial 2-4 days. They take your money then say who care about customer service or showing the correct info. Never doing this again.
Great Product and Great Service
Order system seriously flawed
Tried to order some items. Put the first in my cart and all looked great. Added another item - now sales tax is computed at more than double my local rate. Tried changing to my prior address a few miles away. Suddenly 2nd item is no longer available in my region - WTF?! But sales tax is computed correctly again. Staff says that's how their system works, if I want to purchase I need to pay the inflated sales tax. This is 'customer service'? Seems Ornate Furniture and Eve furniture are all connected, their systems also can't calculate sales tax correctly.
Update-
Based on Luna's response, I would guess that the other retailers I mentioned use the same Shopify system and the problem lies with Shopify. I spent about a week conversing with Luna customer support, via email, Voice, and text -unfortunately they were unable to remedy the issues with their e-commerce vendor.

I wish I had the option to have the delivery brought inside once the guys arrived as the couch was larger than expected. I asked but the delivery guys said it was not possible. It took us 4 hours to get it in with great difficulty as we have no moving experience. such a shame. Love the couch though.
Patience rewards you with best price.
Shipping does take a while,but if you're patient,you will likely find the absolute best price anywhere for whatever furniture you're looking for.I got the Ashley Furniture Wolf Ridge couch for the lowest price anywhere on the Internet.It arrived less than two weeks later and it was brand new in the box in perfect condition.I am very happy with it and with Luna Furniture.

It has been nearly 3 weeks and no status yet
It has been 3 weeks and nothing. The order tracker shows the item as fulfilled, but the history shows that it hasn't even arrived to be shipped. Customer service is either a miss, or a complete miss. Emails haven't been responded to at all. On my first phone call, the person couldn't help or find the status. On my second call, no representatives were available for almost 6 hours, and I eventually just had to hang up.
My recommendation is to get a price here and then go to a reputable store and negotiate with a low price in hand. Just avoid Luna.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Ordered a couch from them a month ago. Impossible to get someone on the phone or to email me with any real information about tracking or shipping estimate. Kept getting the brush off. "Someone will be in touch". Website claimed it was in stock and would ship in a few days! Insane.
Now I'm begging them to cancel. When I asked for a cancellation they FINALLY said it would be shipped
"within 15 days". It’s always a month late. I can’t wait another 15 days. Also I don’t trust them. I only received this information after I said I would like to cancel if it hasn’t been shipped yet. I never would have ordered had I known they were falsely advertising their delivery dates. They are claiming to go ahead with my cancellation but we will see. Luckily I used an American Express and will be taking it up with them if Luna doesn't follow through. l’d rather pay extra somewhere else that has real customer service. Absolute scam website.

It took a while to recieve the sofa but overall the response inquiries were fast and the delivery was good.
Great reclining loveseat!
The order process was easy and accurate as far as delivery timeframe. I received updates as expected. Delivery was fast and courteous. I did not agree with photographing my license. A visual verification should have sufficed. I was assured the pictures are removed within 24 hours. It was still disconcerting. The product itself is excellent. The wife and I love the comfort and feel of the material! Great choice for the living room.

I called because I needed this furniture asap due to my daughter having an illness that required her space to be completely sanitized free from any possible toxic exposure, the rep was able to work with delivery drivers and scheduled to come drop off the next day!!! Delivery drivers were so helpful and professional, I’m referring everyone! The whole team went above and beyond.

The product and pickup were fine. My only gripe is that I was told the product would be ready within 7 days, but after 10 I had heard no update.
It wasn't until I reached out about the order status (twice) that it became ready for pickup.
