I am deeply disappointed with sumeria
I am deeply disappointed with sumeria. My account funds were frozen, and I was promised a refund after providing all requested verification documents, including my ID with a selfie and a recent bank statement. Despite fulfilling every requirement, I never received my money back.
Customer support has been unresponsive or ineffective, leaving me with no resolution. This experience has caused significant stress and inconvenience. I am now considering legal action, including a class-action lawsuit, to recover the funds and hold the company accountable.
I strongly caution anyone considering using sumeria for banking services. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
