I was given a trade-in value for a Macbook which was in good shape but was a 2015. The value they offered was $135. I mailed it to them (I had to pay $15 for a box), and their technicians said that it had many scratches (which it did not) and that it was missing feet (it was missing one). They told me they would send me $20.25 JUST KNOW that you are completely at their mercy and they can easily lowball the value of your device. Or you can pay to have it shipped back to you. My Recommendation: Just don't trade in your device in the first place.

I was in a tight spot due to a moving company fail, and needed four iMacs ASAP for my business. Mac of all trades had four that fit the requirements, free shipping, free warranty–sold! I've been recommending them to everyone I know ever since.

Sent in a computer for warranty repair. They told me they could not duplicate the problem, but instead of returning my unit. They sold it and sent me one that looked like it had been thrown out of a moving truck.. beat up all to heck. When I called, they said I should read the warranty policy. Nowhere does it say if my computer has nothing wrong with it that they will sell it. They offfered me a return for store credit. Why would I ever want to buy anything from them again? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro in April that worked fine then all of a sudden I started having issues and it was dead in August.

Wonderful! Ive been a customer for many years at this point, both of mac of all trades and mac me an offer, and can honestly say Ive never had any major issuesand all minor ones were resolved quickly and efficiently. If youre looking for a trustworthy Apple reseller, Id recommend them wholeheartedly.

I can't speak for others but it was seamless for me. Mac of All Trades offered the best trade-in deal for my iPad (far better than Apple). Made me an offer, sent me a prepaid shipping label, good communication both when it was received and approved, and check received promptly. Would definitely use again.

Got a 2015 MacBook Air and it’s worked great for years. Battery started to give out a couple of years in, but it’s presumably quite old and used, so not surprised

Canceled order of refurbished iphone probably because they oversold their stock, I ordered Saturday during prime sale day and Monday they canceled. Now I have to wait for a refund to process, and prices are higher and shipping takes longer. They only had a 70 percentile rating on amazon reviews which basically means a 0 so I knew this would likely happen.

To start I have bought for macofalltrades before and have been very happy.

This has changed with the latest purchase. I had decided I needed a more modern MacBook and decided that a 13” Air would be best I went to the website and selected a “very good condition” MacBook Air from 2017. Confidant that the computer would be good quality I sprung for a new battery too.

Initially when I unpacked I thought yes. However going through it I noticed significant usage marks on the bottom cover along with a large scratch. The cover was also deformed in one corner so should have been picked up when the battery was replaced.

Worse was to come with the top/screen housing which had been damaged on the left hand two corners bad enough that the laptop didn’t close properly.

I am very disappointed this was allowed to leave their facility in the condition it appeared on my doorstep.

Severely fended my confidence for any future purchase.

During the last five years, I have purchase two iMacs, two MacPros, and two MacMinis. And some magic keyboards and mice. Everything arrives exactly as they described and in working order. Macofalltrades.com is a site I check out once a week, always on the lookout for the next best deal. I would recommend them!

I rate my experience as poor because the listing for the computer said fair condition but the imac arrived in what I consider to be very poor condition. A LOT OF CRACKS. They claimed this never happens and the cracks got bigger during shipping. All in all they handled the situation but I lost time
