Delicious macarons, packaged beautifully and delivered promptly!

The delivery address was corrupted after checkout, causing the order to be returned to sender. Rather than resolving the issue, the company refused to send a replacement and blamed PayPal. While I did eventually receive a refund after requesting one, it came with a needlessly long email about 'goodwill.'
​Had they simply resent the order, they would have turned a profit and gained a loyal customer. Given their poor handling of a straightforward situation, I won't be shopping with them again.

The macarons I ordered were a present for my sister-in-law, so unfortunately I didn't get to try any myself, but she sent me a lovely message that said, 'Thank you very much for my pressie, at least 2 were consumed before breakfast', so I think it's safe to say they were a success!
For my part, I was thrilled with how quickly the order was processed and despatched, so all in all, my experience of ordering from Mademoiselle Macaron was a very positive one. Merci beaucoup!

Nicely presented in a special box. Looked lovely - they were for an emerald wedding anniversary. Tasted good.

Mademoiselle Macaron are simply magnifique!! I honestly can't even remember now how I found them but they've become my tried and trusted 'go to' choice for any type of gifting situation!
The company is so wonderful to deal with - nothing is too much trouble - and their macarons are to die for.

This place sells the best macarons I've had anywhere. I have been going to them for a treat since they first opened, and the quality has always been superb. Other places can be too dry or just not quite right somehow but these ones are just perfect. I've received gift boxes a couple of times now and it's such a lovely gift. I have also done their macaron making class and cannot recommend it highly enough - even if you never put it into practice afterwards, the morning is so much fun and you come away with such a great selection of the best snacks and have such a lovely time.

I wanted a small gift for my daughter who had just finished chemo and loved macrons. I found the perfect gift, delivered as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for quality of product and service. Thank you
