Worst agency ive worked for and im.with about 58 now luckily. Turned down several good jobs to start one for them this week 40+ mins drive away. Told 10-12 months work. 3 days later told no more work. Might be the site lieing. But decent agencies work with decent honest contractors. Fuming now n hunting work for Xmas. Reason people snap n hurt people. 😡

I've been working for them for more than two years and counting. I never had a single problem. Most of the time I deal witch Tom who usually responds instantly and is very helpful.

Twice offered me work and twice he failed to deliver and canceled on me last min with a text . Zero respect, zero accountability, and zero professionalism.
I have emailed his management to file a formal complaint .
You cannot tell people that they have work without a 100% go ahead from the client . Now I’m left with nothing thanks to this joker after I turned other work down to make myself available.
There needs to be more accountability from agencies and shouldn’t get away with treating staff like crap

After more than six years working for this company in the security sector, I can confidently say it’s one of the worst employers I’ve ever experienced. Ever since the new senior management team took over, everything has gone downhill fast. They’ve created a toxic, bullying culture where long-serving employees are disrespected and pushed out, and decisions seem to be made based on ego rather than competence.

Communication is nonexistent, management is unprofessional, and staff morale is at an all-time low. Instead of valuing loyalty or hard work, they rule through intimidation and favoritism.

If you’re considering working here — don’t. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This place is a prime example of how bad leadership can destroy a once-decent company.

Working here in 2019 as a Security Resource Manager was one of the most damaging and frustrating experiences of my career.

This company felt completely broken from the inside. There was no real structure, no HR, no accountability, and no clear way of doing things. It came across as chaotic, careless, and lacking even basic professional standards.

Payments were repeatedly late, and chasing money became a constant battle. The systems in place felt outdated and unreliable, adding to the overall sense that the company was not being run properly.

From an operational point of view—especially in security—the lack of competence and direction was obvious. In my experience, there was little confidence in how the simple BS7858 standards, procedures, and compliance were being handled, which made the role extremely difficult and concerning.

The culture was, in my experience, deeply unhealthy. I experienced the racist behaviour and treatment that I found discriminatory and completely unacceptable. It created a hostile, negative environment where I felt undervalued and unfairly treated on multiple occasions. The modern day slavery is so common here in this company.

Because of the seriousness of what I experienced, this was escalated to the employment tribunal, with a final 7-day hearing scheduled for the end of March 2026. I will not go into further detail while proceedings are ongoing.

I would not trust this company as an employer based on my experience. Proceed with extreme caution.

Such a pathetic company because of their management.The manager of this company is so raciest the company didn’t even bother this issue i think company should take action on that Man ‘Bijorn’. They pay lower and want you to handle all.

Lowest hourly rate I have come across in the industry. Pay peanuts get monkeys. A higher hourly rate would equate to a happier more committed work force.

I have worked for this company for the last 3 months and what an eye opener. If I could of given no stars I would of. I have been a traffic marshall at a prison enlargement site in Denbury. The supervisor Aaron is as close to a neanderthal as you can get. I have worked in male environments most of my working life but the gross remarks from this man are embarrassing to all males. There is an area connected to the prison that cannot really be left and personnel need to be vetted and cleared to work here. Aeron leaves workers with no breaks which every human being is entitled to especially in warmer weather. The biggest joke is this man has 6 pages of criminal activities and cannot obtain vetting. I have never in my working career walked off site but could not stay locked in a cage. Prisoners are treated much better. I obtained a broken rib whilst tripping over entry step to offices and was alarmed to find no accident book. Avoid this sham, if you value your own health and safety.

Call themselves a Logistics Company while they are no more than a recruitment agency and a bad one at that. Lied about rate to get myself on site pay through a payroll company who charge £20 a week. Did not receive a payroll register pack until I called the payroll on the day before pay day ten days after start date. Wrong info on starting time first day

Logistics is the fancy name the Black Hat on site used to satisfy himself he's not an agency worker.

A very bad experience with this company. I was unfortunate to work with the colleague name Neil from the agency. I worked three days prior to my card expiring, within the time i was renewing my card, i made it clear to site over the weekend i will be renewing my card. By monday I had received quite rude messages from Neil. In that time I was waiting for my card to be updated on the ECS system. Neil's communication was through text message he never called once, i asked texted him and asked him to call me so i could explain to him. I then tried to call and he never picked up, the last message I received from him "I see no reason to I'm in a meeting all the best".
I asked him to call me and that is the response I got. From my experience he is very rude and unprofessional, he is the manager of the electrical Recruitment department of this agency.

Responsible and reliable agency, in terms of pay rate, getting jobs and never mis pay day. Great

Deal with this company they are a joke can't pay wages on time, someone takes a holiday and you cannot be payed your wage, told multiple lies and excuses to just so people can hang up the phone and not actually deal with the problem

Did work for this company three months ago, and they still have not paid me. Funniest thing is that when I spoke about the job with their rep Olie Ould, he asked me if I was trustworthy and accountable. Countless calls, e-mails and text messages exchanged and nothing so far. Even talked to the company`s "boss" and his promise is as fake as the one Mr. Ould made. Outrageous and frustrating. Don`t bother to work for or with this company, or just do it on your own risk.
