I am very unhappy with the "improvements" to the mesh model of wahabis. The previous pairs I owned had a very soft heel cup. The new ones are much more restrictive and press against my Achilles' tendon. Painful!

Cool slippers
I bought these shoes for my husband. The sizing was slightly different than we expected, so we ended up choosing a larger size. They have a nice design and work well as slippers, although they could be a bit more comfortable.

I am disappointed that you no longer sell the slippers with the removable sole. I thought that’s what I was buying again. They were so convenient for taking out trash and a short dog walk.

Try for size and then decide
Fleece insoles seem ill fitting inside the slipper, if you remove them, putting them back is surprisingly tricky. The heel cup was too low for me and the toe box too narrow. But everyone's feet are different. Try them and then return them if they don't fit, like I did. I got a refund but the credit wasn't the quickest, but

Wonderful slippers, stressful delivery
Slippers are wonderful, and this is not my first purchase. However, tracking orders with Ship 24 is a nightmare. The process is time-consuming, the tracking information is convoluted, and it turns out it is available only to paid users.

Quality has deteriorated
Used to be excellent.
Last year ordered some and they quickly fell apart - wool outer peeled off and inside soles peeled off. My 5 year old ones are looking better than the ones I have worn for 6 months - they are the same size and model.

I ordered Mahabis based on quality
I ordered Mahabis based on quality. However I have narrow feet and they don't fit. When I queried the fit `I was told:
We understand that you want to add on for your slippers, as you have narrow feet.
Mahabis have a deliberately relaxed fit for comfort. They have a cushioned insole and are thicker from the arch, but they don't offer the same arch support as a shoe.
I don't remember seeing this 'relaxed fit for comfort' in any of your sales blurb - if I did I wouldn't have ordered them. The Mahabis are uncomfortable and pull down my socks into the shoe, so I can't wear them. They'll probably end up going to a charity shop.

Mahinas are the only slippers I buy . Have bought several pairs over the years. They are so comfortable and versatile , with soles that can perform outside as well as inside. Love the colours . Wearing slippers but don’t look like slippers. Wear well and last .

I love these and can't imagine buying anything else--superb for my cold climate, for quick errands outdoors. This pair is great, as usual, but it got held up for several weeks somewhere during import. I reached out to customer service who was as helpless as I was to do anything about it. I always have at least two pairs in rotation and at least two more pairs stockpiled for the future, but the costs of buying these from overseas have become prohibitive. I'm sad about that.
