I called prior to ordering the wallpaper to insure it was in stock and I was told that it was and it ships within 24 hrs. 7 Days later with no communication I called and was told that they dont know and would call to get status. I advised that it if hasn't shipped yet I would need to cancel and was told that there would be a 25% restocking fee. I wouldn't order from this company that their reviews are filtered by reviews.io so I had to post this with Trustpilot.

I have never ordered wallpaper online, but was very happy with my experience with Mahones. I ordered my samples and they were here the next day. I also called customer service to compare my estimate of paper needed with what they thought and they were very helpful. My wallpaper took about a week to arrive in perfect condition. Instructions were included. My dining room walls look beautiful now.

I use Mahones faithfully over the years. Their prices are the best and customer service is excellent. I order samples and they are shipped immediately. I also love that Mahones is a family-oriented business without a lot of overhead. I highly recommend this business.

Deceptive company. DO NOT BUY FROM
HERE! They sell ‘double rolls’ of single
roll wallpaper and charge a premium for it. They do this by dividing the manufacturer dimensions in half and forcing their customers to buy in multiples of two. I ordered six rolls and received three. Horrible, deceptive practices that break multiple online merchant laws.

Mahone’s had the wallpaper Delivered quicker than predicted, and pricing was better than competitors. Also great support on the phone. Thank you!

The company Mahones Wallpaper Shop has stated on their website home page that they will match competitors price. I filled out the for as indicated, sent the website and the price of the product I wanted to purchase. I was sent an email the next day asking if I received the information I requested. I had not so I reentered my request. I was told that no they would not meet the price of the wallpaper that I was interested in purchasing. I was told in no uncertain terms, they will not guarantee any advertised price would be matched. That is false advertising, I think this is a dishonest way to conduct business. I will never contact this company for any of my needs again, Being an interior designer this is a very poor way to conduct business,

Ordered wallpaper from this place and even spoke to a sales person to ensure that I was getting what I needed to order. Received the order, only to find out it was only one roll for $340 not 8 rolls that I thought I was getting. So now to do my job it would cost me $2,720!!! I can't afford to do that so I called for a refund. Sorry sir I cant give you a refund from that distributor. You're stuck for $340!!!! CRAZY!!! Never do business with this company!!

ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS on their end you cancel and order they say yeah yeah yeah on the phone like you are bothering them and never contact you via email as promised then send the cancelled order anyways, horrible company to deal with 139275, treated my wife like a 3rd grader on the phone very unprofessional
