We bought two dresses today from Maje in Bicester Village. We possibly would have left without even trying anything on had it not been for Angela. Her determination to suggest different options was exceptional, and very much appreciated. Needless to say we left very happy and enjoyed the benefits of Angela’s hard work and attention to detail.

Ordered a pair of premium-priced jeans from Maje which arrived with a missing pocket detail. I had to follow the returns process and send them back before ordering another pair. When the replacement arrived, I went to wear them for an event only to discover that a security tag had been left attached, making them completely unusable.

Two pairs of jeans, two separate quality control failures, and I was left without the item I had purchased for my event. The only resolution offered was a refund, meaning I now have to go out of my way yet again to package up and return another faulty item.

Extremely disappointing experience from a premium brand, especially given the price point and the inconvenience caused.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience from Maje.

I ordered a cardigan during a sale, but the sizing ran much larger than expected. I requested an exchange in line with the exchange policy still stated on the website’s T&Cs. However, I was informed that exchanges are apparently no longer offered and that I would need to return the item and place a completely new order instead, at the full original price rather than the sale price I had paid.

I reached out to the customer service team hoping they would help find a reasonable solution, but unfortunately I did not see much intention to assist. It felt more like they were focused on explaining why an exchange could not happen rather than working collaboratively to resolve the issue. Given that the exchange terms are still clearly displayed on the website, it was incredibly frustrating to spend an entire week going back and forth without any constructive outcome.

This is far below the level of service I would expect from a premium brand like Maje and the whole experience has left me very disappointed.

Dress arrived in a mess of wrinkles / wrong address used as well so took a long time to come

Delivery was very quick and the knit dress with gold jewellery is just gorgeous. It is true to size and very well made. Excellent all round :)

I am a regular customer in Germany. Bought a knitted dress in Hanoi in a store on vacation. The knitted button broke within the first few weeks. I just need a new button and had to send lots of photographs, the receipt, the shop address again and again in many mails. At the end they told me to contact their custom service in Asia. There is not even an address for Asia given and for only a new button this is not helpful at all.

Fabulous clothes, great customer service, easy and hassle free exchange and returns, good value for money. I’m a big fan of this brand. 🥰

My package got lost and first I got a response of maje telling me to send them a copy of my pasport and a sworn handwritten understatement after sending them these documents I never got a respond back from them and got completely ignored I tried to send them a couple of request trough the faq on the website but unfortunately I am being completely ignored and now I don’t have my package and my money it’s very sad that something like these can happen with a designer like maje

Very poor packaging for such expensive item.
The jacket has no reserve button.
I like the purchased item, it has very good fitting and the manufacturing is clean. The fabric is mediocre but the lining is in viscose and buttons are pretty. The delivery was good.
