Dave Ball from majestic windows called at our house and made some excellent suggestions regarding our windows and front door.we decided to have all our windows and door replaced.Andy and Morgan were the fitters, they were very polite, friendly, punctual and very tidy. Their work was without fault paying attention to detail.would highly recommend their workmanship.

A great service from start to finish. No hard sell, plenty of choice of styles & colour. We love our new front door! Had the pleasure of Andy and Morgan fit our windows yesterday and today, honestly everything was absolutely perfect!! And cleaned up everywhere they worked…. This is our 2nd time using this company so that says it all! We did shop around before going back to majestic but seeing how great they were the 1st time round and the aftercare was 5* why go anywhere else

We recently used Majestic Designs to replace 13 windows and our patio doors, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Every member of the team—including Dave, Geoff, Pat, the office staff, and our fitters, Stuart and Josh—was a pleasure to deal with. Everything happened exactly as scheduled. The installation itself was straightforward and efficient, taking just three days, and the team kept our home clean and tidy throughout. We are very pleased with the outcome. 👍

Excellent service from majestic, Stuart and Josh took a lot of care with our windows, cleaned everything up very well. The windows are excellent and just as we expected. I can fully recommend this company to anyone needing new windows.

From the initial approach by Dave to the actual fitting all the guys did a first class job, the surveyor was especially patient as we had a specific measurement problem and he resolved it expertly. The quality of the windows is top notch. Would thoroughly recommend for all round excellent service.

Super service covered our dust sheets with there’s, the fitters were polite courteous. The workmanship was of a very high standard. Even hoovered up on completion. Would definitely recommend

Very poor experience with this company, they could not let us know when they were coming, they lost my paperwork twice, said they would call me back the three times I called but never did.

Then early one morning they turn up out of the blue already to go!!!! After moving appointments around, I was told that, they could not do the job as the glass was not ready that week they only had the frames, they mixed up the dates?

The last time we used Majestic a member of the family dealt with us, I think it was Lorna. I don’t know if the family has moved on now but with this new lot are very bad Administrators.

VERY POOR customer service especially by Kate who promised better. I would never recommend this company again.

The initial visit by Dave, the sales visit, the surveyor visit and the fitting were all very professional and first rate. The fitting (3 windows and 1 door) by Nathan and Owen was hassle free, and all left very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Stuart and Josh the fitters restored our faith in tradesman. Tidy, quiet workers that just got on with it and with attention to details.
We would have liked a bit more support to help with the design stage but happy with what we created using online tools. House looks cleaner and smarter and better heat retention. Thanks to Dave the samesman for initiating and seeing it through.

Recently had Windows and composite door installed. The fitters Morgan and Andy were fantastic. Fun to have in our home and left the house spotless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Workmen arrived day and time stated. Cleaned up afterwards and windows fit perfectly. We would highly recommend this window company as fitters were happy doing their work.

From the first visit by Damian through to Stuart and Josh installing the new windows and front door this has been a really good experience. Everything went smoothly, everyone I've been in touch with or met at Majestic has been very helpful and friendly.

The installation was over two days with minimal disruption and the house was left clean and tidy.

The new windows and door look great and I can certainly feel the difference in insulation.

I happily recommend Majestic and will certainly return to them for future home improvements.
