My uncle was visiting from New Zealand and unfortunately ran into an issue with his hearing aid. This was extremely distressing as he was unable to enjoy the sounds of Amsterdam and couldn’t listen to tours etc properly. We were directed to Makkers in the Maasstraat area. Monique went above and beyond to help us. She provided the upmost help in our hour of need. We’re forever grateful to her and Makkers!

I recently visited Makker Maarssen for a hearing test and had an excellent experience. Zefanja Ketting was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to understand my needs, explain the options available, and helped me find the hearing aids that were the best fit for me. I am very pleased with both the services and the outcome, and would highly recommend Makker Maarssen and Zefanja to anyone looking for expert hearing care

Just walked in and received a warm welcome with a coffee while I waited for the hearing aids (which I didn’t buy from them) were cleaned. Didn’t even have to pay for the great service. In any case I know where I will buy my next hearing aids!!

The appointment was very educational, professional and… yes, quite enjoyable. I learned things I did not know about my hearing loss and the very best way to address it for maximum outcome. My problem was resolved and I am most thankful. I do not yet speak Dutch but the hearing specialist was bilingual and an excellent communicator.

I am visiting from the US. One of my hearing aids was not working. Rens and his colleague were welcoming and very efficient. They fixed the problem quickly. They invited me to come back anytime during the rest of my stay if I had any further problems. I would highly recommend this business for its proactive customer service. Ik ben vorig jaar en vandaag geholpen toen ik problemen had met mijn Phonak hearing aids terwijl ik op vacantie was. Staff was extremely helpful, efficient ,very friendly and knowledgeable both times.I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived in Netherland.
