Ordered a corduroy dress which buttons down the front, but on the one I received the buttons stopped too far from the bottom so it was exposing and unwearable, even with black tights. Contacted customer service and they basically shrugged and said that's how it's designed. However, the button-less space at the bottom of my dress was much longer than that on the one the model wears on the website. I don't believe the dress is supposed to be like that.
I was sent a link to create a free return via Royal Mail which didn't work. Had to arrange via Evri instead which requires me to print my own return label, so another inconvenience on top of having to send it back in the first place for being faulty.
Not a great experience, won't buy from here again.

Nice dress but the finishing is poor quality. The stitching around the armholes has frayed fabric sticking out.

The material is very thin!

Product received was not as stated on the website so returned. Refund provided for the product but the promised postage has never been paid. When I queried where this was, the customer service reply was to contact my bank. I have raised this with my bank. It is difficult to trust the company again so I won't ever buy from them again.

Purchased a beautiful dress but unfortunately was too small. Ordering and delivery straight forwsrd. However returns a nightmare ! No refund available only credit or gift vouchers, no Yours shop near where i live. Tried to contact customer service with no luck, Not sure what to do next not accepting my customer details. Will never use thus site again so stressful !

I ordered a dress from them in the petite range. I am so pleased with it, it's a great design in a really good cotton fabric which washes really well with no ironing needed. I bought a dress from them last year and was equally pleased with it. The petite range is so good for short people like me.

Just about to order but seriously put off by reviews of costs of reordering and returning. Always loved MnCo stores but no quite so eager to be ripped off with excess charges.

The item I purchased doesn't match the description. The summer dress is made of knit fabric, a nightmare.
You have to pay for the return.
Do not buy.

Love their clothes and affordable

I have had an extremely poor experience with M&Co. I returned a large number of items for quite a large amount of money using the EVRI delivery return label they provided. I didn't receive a refund for the items and they said they hadn't been received in the warehouse. I rang M&Co and they said there is nothing they can do as it's not been received so now I will not get this money back. I think that's incredibly poor. I would be very careful when trusting sending anything back with EVRI and when dealing with M&Co. This is theft. Other companies when you lose items just provide a refund and they follow it up themselves. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Great service. Always happy with product.

The items I ordered were very poor quality, but returns are almost impossible! The order number was not recognised and the help portals just send you round in circles ! Impossible to speak to a human, and the bot questions are not appropriate. Is it a deliberate policy to not recognise their own order number and- therefore no return is possible? Awful service . I will never order from MandCo again.

Lovely quality and price affordable

My delivery was 3 days late and arrived with makeup all around the neck. When I contacted customer service I was told I could return it but I am disabled and have difficulty speaking because I had a stroke so I told them it's fine I just won't use them again. I was then told I would receive a 25% refund. So I said thanks. Then I received 3 more messages and attempted phone calls so I had to explain again I am disabled and can't speak properly to which I was told I couldn't have a 25% refund. I gave up, threw the dirty worn dress away and carried on with my life because life is too short to deal with bad customer service.

Just brought a black dress for an interview not expecting it to blow me away… didn’t look like much before I put it on and I ordered a size 10 hoping it wasn’t too big.

What a beautifully designed dress! Quality is there, fits perfect im a 8-10, not too tight or too loose, perfect length I’m 5ft6/7ish. I’m so impressed and excited to wear it for my interview now!! :)

Shocking customer service. Returned 4 items, securely packaged via inpost locker. Only refunded for 3 items. I have since emailed 3 times and phoned once to be fobbed off stating that only 3 items were returned. This is not acceptable. The duty of care falls to the supplying company once the goods were transferred into the care of the courier via inpost. They appear unwilling to investigate with inpost and I am now out of pocket by £26. Shocking customer service who think just by ignoring my complaint, I will get fed up and forget it.
