Hands down the best sleep masks
Hands down the best sleep masks I have. I've purchased two already and will purchase another as a backup. Manta Sleep masks are exceptionally good at blocking out the light and leave enough room for your eyes to blink without feeling the fabric. Totally satisfied.

Great all around
I have bought 3 manta mask sounds (I lost one and got one for my wife) and these things are so comfortable, battery lasts forever, and they will survive daily use for years. One of my orders had a factory fault and getting a replacement sent out was super easy and painless and the people I emailed were extremely professional and friendly.
Only two minor downsides are the Velcro can be a little bit weak after a while, and initial emails take a while to be responded to.

Shipping was shockingly fast. Purchased SOUND in the past and again recently, recent improvements to product are genuinely excellent. Blackout is total, I can shine a flashlight into my face while wearing the mask and not notice.
Sound quality and battery life are shocking good considering the profile and light weight. Very, very comfortable and soothing. Totally comfortable whichever way you sleep.
Customer service is blissfully free of bots and AI. I never write reviews but this thing has genuinely improved my sleep dramatically and I highly appreciate its existance. I use it every single night.
Very worthy investment in my honest opinion.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Incorrect items received
UPDATE (5 days after delivery): still waiting for any action from Manta customer support team. Received incorrect items in my order MANTA(UK)83234 and politely requested the return and refund, as advertised on their website (‘60 days returns for any reason!!!’), but nothing to date. They said ‘they will consider my preference’ while they investigate - not sure why do I have to wait to get my money back when order processed incorrectly? Why can you not prioritise this?
Understand their customer support is automated and based in the US. But even with time difference, it cannot be taking 5 days..
PLEASE GET IN TOUCH ASAP and provide help with this.

Customer support is atrocious or maybe…
Customer support is atrocious or maybe just nonexistent… delivered my masks to the wrong address (picture shared of drop of is not my house). I have been trying to connect with them to have them either refund me or send me the masks. Pretty reasonable ask I thought. Two weeks on, and no response to multiple emails. I can’t comment on the product for obvious reasons, but the service is a reflection of the company so stay away!

I bought a mask for our 9 year old who is ADHD and likes it dark to sleep. This mask was amazing and she found it so comfortable.
Unfortunately, the eye patch split so I reached out to the company who resolved this issue within hours and a new one was posted the same day.
A company isn't just judged on the product but also how it handles issues. I would give 5 Stars to both areas and would highly recommend.

Non-existent customer service, two weeks, zero replies
I ordered from Manta Sleep (order #MANTA(DE)10158) and the package was marked as delivered, but nobody ever showed up and nothing was left. DHL has no information on where the parcel was dropped or who signed for it.
I have been trying to reach Manta for two weeks now: one email to support and two attempts through the live chat. Zero replies. Not a single acknowledgement.
I understand a delivery can go wrong, that happens. What I can't understand is being completely ignored for two weeks while I'm out both the product and the money. If I don't hear back, my only option left is to open a chargeback with my bank.
Happy to update this review if someone finally answers.
