Printing the SELECTED ROUTE is impossible. Updated my software, signed in 3 times and it still prints the directions I DID NOT SELECT. Horrible and frustrating. I will look at an atlas. Much easier.

MapQuest has actively published incorrect address and business information for Gilmour Commercial Photography since the early 2000s. There is no free mechanism to correct it. The only path to accurate information is payment.

I have contacted MapQuest repeatedly over two decades. Contact channels are difficult to locate. Responses are rare. When they do respond, the stated reason for inaction is that the business is Canada-based — while the incorrect listing remains live and continues to misdirect customers.

MapQuest publishes inaccurate business data and charges the business owner to fix it. That is the model. Do not trust MapQuest listing data, and do not expect any correction process to exist unless you pay for it.

Falsely shows my property which used to be a pub but is now residential. Trading Standards got the TripAdvisor reviews removed due to this, but now the listing appears through MapQuest using the same TripAdvisor reviews. TripAdvisor useless as usual and say nothing that they can do. I reported to MapQuest but then I received an email telling me to login etc. when they already had the full details and no action hs been taken by them to rectify the situation. The reviews were revenge reviews too after Covid when we were offering a limited service but Booking.com caused problems by their listing not being very clear and we were limited in what we could say. All three sites are ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!

The route from Canton,mi to Ann Arbor,mi. Via US 12 to I94 has me exiting I94 looping around and re-entering I94 when I could just go straight on I94. Can't figure out why the routing instructions would do that.

Does not have up-to-date addresses so my clients end up at our old office. It is impossible to update the address with their interface because it doesn't recognize its own location URLs. Very bad.

Mapquest uses shady predatory tactics to force you to use their platform. They mix information regarding my Business with my competition to make you want to create an account to edit it so they can stay relevant and piggy backing small businesses to generate revenue pathetic I have screenshots to show it Google protects them from bad reviews

My business address is wrong. There is no way to contact these people to change it and no way to change it myself. Useless information therefore and hot helpful to my business.

Mapquest has gone way down hill! Tried to use just now. Not accurate and hard to get basic information in. Kept sending me to another state. Will never use again period

I own a restaurant and was surprised when a guest showed me that my restaurant showed PERMANENTELY CLOSED on mapquest's website. Amusing. Thank goodness no one uses this site anymore.

Mapquest has so many flaws. Some of the business that they state is closed are open and some of the businesses that are stated as open are closed. Very bad site for accurate information! Bummer!

Reports my co wrong information and photos another company under my co. False numbers, co hours, and photos

They have My business address wrong and despite repeated attempts to contact them to correct the mistake they have done nothing about it

Dr. Uhr repaired my injured knee from Race walking. I tore my patellar ligaments in 1993. I continued race walking for 30 years and recently had a left knee replacement with Dr. Salassa in 2025. I’ll be 70 yrs. old in 2026 and have been in my home gym race walking on my treadmill. Orthopedic Surgeons at Kaiser Permanente are outstanding Doctors.

The address for my business is years out of date and there is no way to contact Mapquest to update this.

CRAZY you cant find anything apparently you need to pay to get listed and yelp the king of nonsense reviews is there leader

They will create your listing with the false information like wrong hours wrong number wrong name wrong address and when you try to fix it they ask for 500 bucks

Once again placed an order for delivery from Kwiki and spoke with Anna there. She was very knowledgeable to help me with my choices. I’m extremely impressed with both her input and service. I have been unable to update incorrect company information being provided by MapQuest. I have submitted several tickets since February 2025 with absolutely no follow up! Their inaccurate reporting has cost us business.
