This is the 10th I ordered. The last time I ordered. The Surge Max did not reach my address and was returned before it was delivered. That was 3 months ago. I wrote many emails. The refund was promised, but I'm not sure if it has been done. I kept on chasing and chasing, but no one actually did anything. I only ordered again because the product is good. This time, the product came out successfully. I was promised a free bottle for compensation, but that never appeared either. EVri is a nightmare because the actual delivery people are not up to the standard the delivery company promises to be.
