Good firm, poor delivery servuce
I have had two plant deliveries recently. Both were well packaged for transport but the delivery company must throw the packages around. The first delivery only had a couple of lose plugs with minimal damage. In the second delivery almost all the plugs had come lose and the damage was more severe. In addition the first package contained three grubs which had started to eat the plants.
I still like Marshall’s their plants are good and it’s easy to order. However they need to get the courier service to take more care with the packages

When I received my delivery
When I received my delivery, all of the 12 plants was out of their containers and 6 of them were broken. I emailed this information and informed you I didn't have any photos as proof of damage and didn't get a reply.

The plant was, unfortunately, delivered to a neighbour, who was busy with work and unable to answer the door. This meant when I finally managed to be united with my plant, it was in desperate need of water. Fortunately it has recovered and is a beautiful thriving plant.
