I would like to thank Don and Curtis from Martingales Limited for the excellent service they provided today. Although I was busy when they arrived, they waited patiently for me and were courteous and respectful throughout their visit.
They fixed my garage door efficiently and neatly, keeping me informed about the work as they progressed. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and friendly smiles made the whole experience pleasant. They also respected my property and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job.

Replacement porch.
Martindales replaced my porch which had been badly damaged by a car which left the road. The entire process went seamlessly.The man who came to measure up for the replacement porch arrived as promised and a date was agreed for the work to be done .I received a courtesy e mail telling me when the men would arrive and they turned up as promised. They worked very hard and my new replacement porch looks lovely. The old porch was cleared away and everything was left neat and tidy . I am so pleased.

Shattered bifold door glass.
Having shattered one of the glass panes of our bifold doors just before the Easter bank holiday Martindales staff were super efficient in handling all aspects of our claim. From arranging for emergency call out to make safe with in 3 hours of first contacting our insurance company to communicating the status of the repair until the guys came and quickly replaced the defective panel everyone was clear, polite and professional.
A great team effort, thanks.

Mark and Connor window replacement
Mark and Connor came round to replace an upstairs window. Lovely guys, respectful and tidy. Put dust sheets down and installed the window and took the old one away. Churchills sent a guy to assess my garage for damage to my door. The guy didn’t introduce himself, gave me no feedback and wrongly reported damage to the interior, unrelated to the door, dreadful unprofessional company which has ended up costing me over £500
