I had a very disappointing experience with MasterRemit. My money has been held for more than a week instead of being sent to the recipient. Although I submitted all the documents they requested, they continued asking for additional information, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

The lack of clear communication and the long processing time have been extremely stressful, especially when the transfer was time-sensitive. I understand that verification checks are important, but keeping customers’ funds for such a long time without resolving the issue is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I hope MasterRemit improves its customer support, communication, and processing times so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

Absolutely amazing service, everything was completed within 3 hours, in the past other outfits took days. But Masterremit has mastered the art of money transfer with no stress whatsoever. Keep up the great work team and I will be using your service and recommending to all.

Absolute rip-off. Canceled my partner’s and my $30 referral rewards for no reason after we both sent $500 to Nepal. Customer service (agent Jade) couldn't give a single valid reason or T&C clause we broke. On top of that, they didn't even refund my full amount—I paid $471.49 and only got back $470.03. Shady, unethical practices. Use a different remittance service that doesn't skim your refunds. Avoid!

Very bad customer service . I called several times and not responding. They are also cheaters . They don’t pay the same amount you send and need to take care.

The rate is good but remittances take too long to deliver. Sometimes after 4hours. And they don’t respond to emails.
