very disappointed with my purchase of a 2x4

I’m very disappointed with my purchase of a 2x4 meter Ecotent (same company as Mastertent), which I still can’t use because the four weights are missing (I paid €278 for them!), and they’re essential in a windy area... They say they’ll follow up with the delivery person but nothing has been happening in the past two weeks, and they tell you nothing. Run away from this company given their customer service. They owe me the weights or a refund—otherwise, they’re... thieves !

Higher price and better quality!

After shopping around for an affordable tent and visiting local markets, we decided on Mastertent. Mastertent products are built to a higher standard and they look great too. There are some minor nitpicks like not knowing which way to orient the half wall supports, but you get used to it pretty quick. We have watched other vendors tents break right in front of us during setup and take down. We are glad we spent the right amount of money on a tent system that should last the test of time. We recommend only customizing part of the tent like the walls, half walls or a top banner. Do not customize the main canopy, as you can always sell it or repurpose it later.

Mastertent

Mastertent, advertised first time buyers receive 35%. Received price quote of $4000, sales person informed me discount was there winter discount and it expired. I informed Sales representative coupon expires end of May 2024, his response I will let Sales marketing know.

Dealing with Mastertent Ireland is the…

Dealing with Mastertent Ireland is the same as trying to deal with a brick wall. They took the payment, didn't bother to deliver, didn't bother to explain, didn't bother to do anything to help. A nightmare to deal with. Two years on, still haven't got the tent, haven't got the money back, only a myriad of excuses.

Good morning Alicia, we are very disappointed about what happened. In Ireland there is unfortunately no direct branch of ours, but it was a retailer 'Alken Brothers Wine Merchants' with whom we have since ceased to collaborate.
We tried to contact them and make your case, but our partnership ceased precisely because of the difficulty in communication and the lack of seriousness in recent times...
We are truly sorry for your experience, but unfortunately we have no power over the behaviour of dealers. We always rely on reliable partners, but in this case the collaboration went wrong. At Mastertent we value customer trust and would never allow ourselves to act in such a way. We hope that our reminder to the ex-partner was of some use and that you will receive a response soon.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. We have ordered for 6000 EUR worth of benches and tables, more than half arrived damaged.. 2 months later still no solution/compensation by the company, after being promised many times... Would NOT recommend at all!!!

Good morning, we are also very disappointed about what happened. The goods broke during transport because the courier replaced the transport pallet without our permission and without asking us. We always rely on reliable delivery services with whom we have a long partnership, but unfortunately this time the courier took this inexplicable decision on his own. However, I know that the insurance company will pay for the damage and we will offer further compensation. I am sure that thanks to our professional staff in Spain a satisfactory solution will be found. I understand the inconvenience created, and I am very sorry, but our company has no responsibility for this. Instead, I hope that the high-quality brewery sets you have purchased will satisfy you and accompany you in many happy moments.
