They don't answer the phone, they have a message say to call between hours 9 to 5 I called 10 times between 9:30 and 11:00 to be cut off.
They appear to simplifie charges by putting all charges into general.
They refus to send paper statements all correspondences is via the internet so if you don't have the internet tough!!
Their online messaging service takes ten minutes to upload a message, it's a very strange system indeed, I imagine it is in order to dissuade people from bothering them.

Very transparent and helpful when it comes to manage the finance of your property.
It allows us to find many opportunities to reduce our costs and get along with our suppliers.

Margaux, our assigned advisor, has been always listening and supportive to help us to go through all difficulties (legal, accounting, administrative, etc) we faced with our suppliers and also proactive to support on the management of annual general meeting.
