Gegen der zeitgemässen Gewohnheit dass man mit dem SBB halbtax in der Schweiz überall respektiert wird gilt das bei diesem Unternehmen nicht - wie in der Steinzeit. Wahrscheinlich ist der führende Kopf des Unternehmens nicht ganz auf der Höhe der Zeit. Man verlangt tatsächlich den Leuten vor Ort eine physische Halbtax Abo Karte oder Swisspass ab und akzeptiert nicht das hinterlegte Swisspass und Halbtagsabo von auf der SBB App. Niemand bekommt heutzutage eine physische Karte zugesendet. Es wird Zeit dass sich in diesem Unternehmen etwas zeitgemässe Bildung durchsetzt, um diesen skandalösen Zustand zu ändern.
