Our block has been managed by Maunder Taylor for over 30 years. They are a very professional property management agents, who provide an excellent standard of work, service and communication and also treat lessees with respect. We've had a couple of major works carried out, everything went smoothly and in accordance with legal requirements. Our manager, Alan Purvey, is excellent and all of the staff are always helpful, friendly and professional, and deal with queries quickly. I would highly recommend Maunder Taylor to anyone looking for a trusted property management agent.

After a very difficult and lengthy period dealing with a complex property and professional negligence matter, Bruce took the time to fully understand the background, chronology, and issues involved. His approach was thorough, independent, professional, and meticulous throughout.
