No one opened the store
I had an apt at 8am on 7-9-26 at the Johnston RI store. No one showed up to open, and garage workers sat on the curb waiting too. I waited 1 hour and and still nobody arrived to open. I called the corporate office and got the run around there too... just providing excuses. I left and returned at 1015 am and the shop was still not open. I left and returned 1145am and the district manager had just opened the doors. I was the only customer there and needed one tire changed as a waiter. He instructed the two shop guys to begin working on vehicles that were left over night, when they weren't even present at the shop. I think he could have had them work on my vehicle immediately due to the inconvenience, ease of repair, and I was the only waiter. Turns out the other vehicles were for enterprise rental, so they care about them more. Worse ran place ever.

Always amazing customer service.
This is my favorite location. They always provide with amazing, genuine customer service. I appreciate their hard work, and being so attentive on my vehicles needs.
I just recently moved to Massachusetts and I know there are other locations I can go to. But, this is the one I choose to make the trip to instead.
