I took my car in to have new tires…
I took my car in to have new tires installed. When they raised my car up 6 feet I didn't understand what they were doing. When the lady told me they check many things on my car. But when the repair man started trying to twist my front tires I got angry. I told her to just install my new tires. Then he told me I needed new brakes too. I then told her I was on a timed schedule and just want my new tires. They lowered my car and then the repair man said they didn't have a torque wrench for my vehicle and want me to go and get one from the place down the road. What tire shop doesn't have all the torque wrenches for every car needed to do the job. I am not happy about the way they work their. I will never take my vehicle there again. I hope they get their stuff together or they won't be getting many more work from the Palm bay people.
