Absolutely fantastic service! The whole process was incredibly quick and easy. I received a quote within seconds, and as soon as I accepted it, I got an email confirming the locked-in price. I sent off my old mobile, and just three days after posting it, the money was in my account. Everything went exactly as promised with no hassle whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their phone.

Offered £330 for my phone, my phone is in perfectly working condition! Great battery life etc the phone does have 2 small scratches on the screen.
They have revised my offer to £115.
This is the 2nd time Mazuma have made my offer the lowest possible.
My phone has been sent to be reassessed I have no confidence that they will increase my offer.

Quoted £75 each, offered £22.50 — classic bait and switch

I sent in three phones after Mazuma quoted £75 each, subject to their stated condition requirements. I checked every handset carefully beforehand: excellent condition, no scratches, nothing to declare.

Within hours of them arriving I received an email claiming all three had deep scratches on the screens. All three. The offer dropped to £22.50 per phone — 30% of the quote.

I rejected it and asked for the phones back. Instead of returning them, they "reassessed" and came back with £30 each. Rejected that too.

The pattern is obvious: advertise an attractive price, take delivery of the handsets, fire out an automated low-ball offer, then hold the phones under "retention" while nudging the number up in the hope you'll cave.

At no point has anyone actually returned my property.

I'd rather sell privately or use CeX. Never again.

Have used them in the past, they keep you updated each step and are customer friendly. Quickly processing my payment no hassle.

I chose Mazumo based on online recommendations from outfits that I trust, and I'm glad that I did.
I was very honest about the condition of the phone I was selling, and was grateful to receive the full price quoted, so Mazumo obviously agreed.
I was delighted with the speed of the whole process, and especially with how quickly the money was paid into my account.
The one aspect I had a problem with was the process to clear my phone of old accounts and reset to factory settings: I'm a bloke in his 60's and the sequence supplied by Mazumo seemed out of kilter to me, and it took me a while to realise that I had to do certain things on my new phone, not the one I was selling.
But... I got there in the end, and will certainly use them again.
