I placed an order end of November where…

I placed an order end of November where it stated that some articles were on backorder expected mid-december. It is January and I have now received a partial order due to supply chain issues. As this was meant to be a Christmas gift, earlier partial order would have been appreciated as some items were on stock. Hope to have the balance of the order soon. Apologies were just received and vendor is trying to get the balance from his supplier.
