Customer service aint really great, a certain employee's response to customer's concern/follow up with the order seems like they took it offensively and a little aggressive in their tone when explaining reason why order took time. It was a bit off on our end on why does that person seems pissed when we just ask for a follow up with our order no following complain mentioned just asking "follow up to our order number". Then went sat down on our table, and employee approach with rude tone as to why our order takes time.

I recently tried the new Golden Chicken Curry Fillet at McDonald’s. While I appreciate the bold move to introduce a curry-inspired flavor, I found the chicken fillet itself overwhelmingly salty. The curry sauce has a rich and flavorful profile, but the saltiness of the chicken overpowered it, making it hard to enjoy the full experience. I believe the dish would be much better if the chicken were seasoned more lightly—this would allow the curry sauce to shine and create a more balanced, satisfying bite. I hope McDonald’s considers adjusting the seasoning so more customers can enjoy the creativity behind this dish.

The staff were talking to each other while attending to customers and didn’t pay much attention to my order. The service was also quite slow. I hope they can improve their focus and speed next time.

Ordered thru grab up by paying additional fee for large apple juice for the happy meal as kids prefer it but instead was told it's not available and provided orange or ice tea option which is cheaper. What a scam in mcdo paseo banawa

Waiting time is the worst. They'll show on the screen that the food is ready for serving but you still have to wait for like 30 minutes.

No more gravy refill if you finish your chicken and would like to have gravy for your fries. The crew was rude too. "Ay hindi pwede gravy sa fries, ketchup lang pwede dyan."

Branch at Cebu IT Park. My order came in an hour late! My delivery rider even contacted me and sent pictures showing no people were in the front, and followed up multiple times. Terrible service! And to add to that, this is the first time I got a coffee sooo watery you can't even taste the coffee or vanilla. Feels like water with ice. And the BFF fries?? barely full. Disappointing experience.

We eaten at McDonalds Puregold Tuktukan Taguig Philippines. Last Dec. 15, 2023 at around 4pm. Here's our receipt number: 00115241.
On kiosk we are able to select the Mcdo cup for additional fee of 59pesos and we added two. But after paying at the counter, the cashier was then told by her rude manager that the cup is not available. We were told about the refund. We finish our meal but there's no refund. I check at the counter but the busy cashier is still not assisting me. I waited and it is almost 20 minutes and she still not assisting me as she is assisting orders. She was alone at the counter.

I know the amount was just 120 but still I didn't receive what I paid for or even had my money back. I was never assisted and the service there has poor management. The manager was just there and not helping at all. Can you hire more hardworking, kind and helping managers for customer satisfaction? Yes they are managers and have higher positions but leader need to help their crew. You will continue to have unsatisfied and unrefunded customer if you continue this kind of service.

The food i gotta say..... 999/10 too good i might say this might be the 1 fast food chain in my opinion.. Although theres some problems with some employees but idc anyway

Drive like knobheads

McDonald's is my go-to fast food. I have always loved it since I was a kid. I only gave it a 4/5 because they discontinued the fillet-o-fish. I really do hope that they put it back on the menu. I also like the "Send to many" feature. We've used it for my kid's birthday but I wish that we could upgrade everything to large.

Its a great app but they need to fix some bugs. It is a difficult platform to order their food because it takes longer time for them to receive the order. I actually prefer physically ordering or calling directly.

Always my fave fastfood chain for burgers and fries and choco sundae! Keep it up McDo!

I really love the ambiance in their place. It really gives this soothing light, bright color vibe. I really just want to have their Mcspicy chicken burger back. I crave for it so bad!! The food is good, no problem with it at all.

Always my go to when I’m hungry, drive through and delivery services are accessible. During long drives I always make it a point to drive by a mcdonalds to start my day with a fresh cup of their famous coffee!

McDonald's Store near our apartment has great crews, they are courteous and approachable. I ordered Chicken Fillet with drinks unfortunately my soda spilled out due to my clumsiness over the counter. I thought the crew will be in a bad mood but instead she just smiled at me saying everything is fine and changed the drink.
