Excellent company and outstanding customer service!I recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour by accident. I contacted customer service, and within just two hours, Erin had it completely sorted out. There were no questions asked—she just replaced it for me straight away.It is rare to find such quick, hassle-free service these days. Thank you so much, Erin! I highly recommend this company.

I had a issue with missing parcel, ( delivery driver stupidly left on my driveway in full view of anyone walking past, couriers fault clearly), would normally be home, but had to pop out, wasnt expecting delivery that day, as only placed order the day before with mdp, and didnt pay for next day delivery, so was surprised it came the next day, was super quick to send out, as always in the past ordering from them, they have a very fast turnaround.
I had to contact mdp due to not able to get through to couriers, mdp customer service were so helpful, full of apologies, even though it wasnt there fault, and resent my missing stock out immediately, I've never had any issues in the past with mdp, in fact the total opposite, they are very friendly, helpful staff and great cimmunication with them all, when it comes to purchasing my vinyl, on there website I dont have a clue where to start as there are so many options, so i simply ring them and they advise me, and they also check back on my previous orders for me, and re order the same brand etc as i previously purchased , this is a relief for me, as its quite overwhelming with all the options they have, I would totally recommend mdp, helpful, dedicated staff, always there to help,

I'm so tired of receiving my merchandise broken!!!!
This company is unreliable.
The staff is rude and negligent.
They assume their company policy overrides consumer law. and when i politely correct them they have stopped me from processing orders.

Each and every time i place an order of 11oz coffee mugs and other breakable merchandise - without fail, I receive my order with Broken items.
It has gotten to a point now, that everytime i order, i order +2 or 3 extra just in case ( its inevitable i receive some broken), but i order extra so that i can complete my orders and deadlines.

I ask them so nicely in the extra instructions comment section when i'm placing my order to have the staff take care when packaging the order and to please place Fragile stickers all over it. (Handle with care).
their excuse is - '' Sadly we can't control how these are handled once they're with the courier. ''.

Without fail - on every order - from each box of 36 mugs, i receive at least 1 or 2 broken, today i received half of a box of 12 broken!!

Apparently -''As stated on our website our policy is to refund damaged mugs, this is standard practice with all mug suppliers.''

This means i would have to re-order and pay once again for delivery. even though she quoted/ misrepresented the Consumer rights act.
''Under the consumer act customers are entitled to a replacement or refund....As stated on our website our policy is to refund damaged mugs, this is standard practice with all mug suppliers.''

In this instance they agreed to ''replace'' my mugs.
''However on this occasion I am happy to send 4 replacement mugs, if any arrive damaged these will be refunded.''
Also thinking that i perhaps don't understand my statutory rights?

Aa company's policy can't override my statutory rights under Consumer Rights act 2015.
They cannot refuse to '' put things right'' when goods aren't of satisfactory quality on delivery.
They certainly cannot Force me to accept a refund if replacement is a reasonable and available remedy.
And most definitely , they cannot require me to pay for costs that effectively deprive me of the ''remedy'' i'm entitled to.

I'm extremely unhappy that they have now without warning placed an account checkout/restriction of some sort without my knowledge. ( possibly for requesting my replacement and making them aware that i have statutory rights under the consumer act.)

Carly is an absolute gem and always extremely prompt and on the money with her service.

Absolutely amazing company! seriously on the ball and care very much about their customers. The fact that they still have a phone contact speaks volumes and they answer every time! they are quick to sort out any issues, such a refreshing change from a lot of companies today! MDP is always my first choice. Well done MDP! a lot of companies could learn so much from you guys :)

I have been a customer for MDP for a few years and I only wish all my suppliers were like these guys, when ever there has ever been an issue they have went above and beyond to resolve the Issue, when I order I get the confirmation email 5-10mins later I get the shipping details from the carrier honestly don’t think you can get better service than that
