Happy guy after all
i will write in English so a lot of people can understand it.
I’ve been on Mounjaro 2.5 mg for two weeks and want to share a very honest experience.
The appetite suppression was consistent from the start. I didn’t have binge urges or sudden hunger attacks. Satiety comes much faster, and most of the time I actually have to remind myself to eat rather than feeling hungry. Real hunger is rare so far.
That said, the first two weeks weren’t completely smooth. I experienced emotional fluctuations; mostly mild depressive moods, tearfulness, and a general emotional sensitivity that came and went. I didn’t feel mentally unstable, but definitely more emotionally open and fragile at times.
Digestive side effects were present as well. Digestion is clearly slower. I had bloating, burping, occasional nighttime waking due to digestive discomfort and thirst, and sometimes heartburn in the mornings. Broth or bouillon helped a lot with this, especially in the evenings abd mornings.
Energy-wise, I noticed that I don’t crave sweets anymore, but I do feel lower energy during the day at times. I compensated with more coffee than usual, which helped, but this is something to be aware of.
Despite these side effects, the appetite control itself feels natural and effective. Hunger isn’t gone; it’s a lot quieter and more manageable, with a clear “stop” signal while eating. Sometimes i have to force myself to eat.
Overall, Mounjaro feels effective but not effortless. The adaptation phase is real and should be respected. For me, the benefits currently outweigh the side effects, but it’s definitely not a magic solution; it’s a tool that requires patience and listening to your body.
i am satisfied and ut worths every Euro.
i Have been before the Mounjaro on diet for 9 months and i got my ideal weight but in 2 months i gain everything..and i suffered for 9 months for nothing..
So from 88.6 kg to 85.6 in 2 weeks is great.
Of course i am aware that the bug part of that is glycogen and water but believe me, the fat too.
No more stress about f-cking bigger clothes 😆 and because i eat less i spend less for food xD.
