Sometimes my medication and it feels like more than recently is always on backorder. Medfinder is a quality service that saves you a lot of time and aggravation. I appreciate how they both use AI and hand it off to humans when necessary. Well done and worth the money for my sanity

My doctor has to send a new prescription every 30 days, and for four straight months I’ve had to hunt down a pharmacy with my medication actually in stock. Out of 40 pharmacies nearby, sometimes only one or two have it — and I’ve driven 45 minutes just to fill a script. Calling every pharmacy myself would take all day.

MedFinder does that heavy lifting for me. The $120 for 3 searches seemed steep at first, but after using it, it’s a steal. The search does most of the work, but what earns the fifth star is the human backup: when one pharmacy turned out not to have my medication despite the initial result, I sent a quick text and a real person confirmed availability before my doctor sent the prescription. No more asking my doctor to re-send scripts to pharmacy after pharmacy hoping one works out — I do it once and I’m done.

Two things I love: a search doesn’t count against you until your prescription is actually filled, and the text support feels like talking to someone who genuinely wants to help. One tip for other users — time your search for when your doctor can send the script quickly, because stock moves fast.

I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this service. Worth every penny.

I had spent the last 5 months switching back and forth between pharmacies, researching pharmacies and driving 37 miles to fill my RX. That's as advertised.. What they don't tell you is that their dedicated support team is AMAZING and will work night and day for any customized request you have. I had insurance issues, and they offered to redo my search free of charge specifically for my insurance. When pharmacies were available, they found alternatives and let me know. I was this close to giving up and they insisted they'll find a solution, and did! I knew the service would work but I was really blown away by their dedicated support team behind the scenes. We have used the service twice just recently. Two of us take the same medication and it had become impossible to find. My doctor expressed his frustration that patients were forced to go without an important treatment.
The first time using MedFinder spoiled me when the medication was found within a few hours, I contacted my doctor, he provided a new prescription to the other pharmacy, and I

not need a confirmation, but I was so thankful to have it. The second search took longer, but it was still within a couple of days. Our doctors have been amazed that this service is available & relieved each time a prescription is filled. The cost for the search has been mentioned. It was worth every penny & more to have the support my body and mind need to function properly. Also, I was texting with a real person during the second search. He was professional and knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely use them again if ever in same situation.

I recently tried this company for the first time and my experience went very well. They kept in constant communication with me throughout the process until I was able to eventually get the medication I needed, and were personable the entire way. Will definitely use them again.

They were able to find a medicine that my cat depends on. It's also a medication that humans take, but both major pharmacies and as well as smaller independent ones have been out of stock. Most veterinary hospitals in the area are also out of stock, but Medfinder was able to find the med by expanding their search to veterinary hospitals. I also appreciate how quickly they responded to my texts and emails.

Great no problems at all

Medfinder was a huge help. I was skeptical at first, but they really did locate my hard-to-fill prescription. When the first recommended pharmacy ran out before I could fill it, they helped follow up and found another location so I was still able to get my medication on time. I’m very grateful for their persistence and support.

The medication I was on was sitting in backorder at CVS, Safeway, and Walmart. Bed finder was able to locate the medicine at a small pharmacy 10 miles from my house within one hour.

Well I have to say I am 100% a fan of this service. My daughter was unable to get her much needed meds for over a week and she was suffering today the least. I found medfinder online and thought what do I have to lose - if they can’t find it I get my money back. Well they were able to locate some within 40 mins away and we were able to contact the doctor to transfer the script to the pharmacy and within 30 mins the script was ready for pick up. How relieved and thankful I was is an understatement. I’m a true believer in this service 100%.

It didn’t get my medication……. Lack of connection to any progress! No leads to my medication

I have been struggling to get one medication every month due to shortages. This time was particularly bad, and after trying several pharmacies I was losing hope, and tried Med Finder for the first time. It worked! Got my medicine last night. I am so grateful for this service.

The automated system found a location that didn’t take my insurance, so they went the extra mile to manually call pharmacies and find one that does. I’ll definitely be using their services again.
