This appears to be a very unusual situation.
You made this review on Monday 25th May but you contacted us on Tuesday 26th May to advise that you had "just" placed an order and would like to cancel this- even though you said that we were "not to be trusted" the day before you placed the order?
Your reason for cancellation was "The amount of money you took out of my account was done without my permission, which sounds suspicious, but I think you're scamming me".
Now this is confusing, as the order total would have been displayed on the website at the point of checkout, and this is the amount that would have been charged from your bank- had you not been happy with the order total, why did you confirm the order?
At no point have we scammed you.
In addition, you then sent us another email on the 26th May - it was just one line:
"Son of a bitch 👉🏽💩🖕🏽"
We are very confused why you would leave a review on the 25th May about pricing confusion, and state that we are "not to be trusted" and then you place an order with us on the 26th May- then ask for the order to be cancelled, and then send us offensive emails.
We are also very confused about the offensive email sent 20 minutes after your first email- again, we have done nothing wrong, so why you are using these terms is very confusing.
We have replied to your emails, asking for confirmation of your order numbers (as we cannot locate any orders from you using your name or email address).
Once we have the order number from you, we will obviously investigate this further.
In the meantime, please kindly refrain from sending abusive emails to us.

Poor quality
The otoscope looked amd felt cheap. There was nothing to store it in. The engraving was barely visible. Contacted yourselves but you were not interested. Disappointing.

More than 3 months later still no item
Placed an order at the start of February the money was taken from my card but no item was received. I followed up to be told that there was no stock and they would receive more in mid May. I contacted them again this week and the date has now moved to 22 May.
Find it extremely strange that they advertise for sale items they do not have stock of to meet the orders placed & that the timescale for restock is so exceptionally long! Far from impressed

The product you ordered is listed as a backorder item - as noted in the listing, despatch is subject to stock arriving from our manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we have faced two significant and largely unavoidable supply chain challenges: manufacturing delays caused by the Chinese New Year shutdown period, and considerably extended shipping times due to the ongoing conflict in the Red Sea/Middle East, which has disrupted container shipping routes globally and added weeks to transit times.
We acknowledge that we should have communicated these delays more proactively and kept you better updated throughout, rather than leaving you to follow up yourself - and for that, we are truly sorry.
